Principali aree di responsabilità: Coordinamento, gestione e supervisione della rete DOS; Controllo sull'applicazione delle policy e delle linee guida del Brand (store setting, visual merchandising, cerimonia di vendita, sicurezza, ecc.); Monitoraggio dei KPIs degli stores; Supporto alle Risorse Umane nella gestione, formazione e reclutamento del personale di negozio; Coordinamento circa la gestione degli stocks e attività di auditing nei punti vendita. RESPONSABILITIES Garantire la definizione delle specifiche hardware dei sistemi meccatronici in accordo all’analisi delle specifiche cliente. Assicurare lo sviluppo, e la pianificazione di test di accettazione, controllo e validazione per i sistemi meccatronici inclusi tutti i sistemi provenienti da fornitori esterni. Garantire, in accordo con il proprio Responsabile, la definizione del tipo di strumentazione elettronica necessaria allo sviluppo e al testing dei sistemi meccatronici. Selezionare componenti per cablaggi automotive, fare il design di sistemi di connessione, seguire la prototipazione ed il debug. Selezionare componenti e elaborare soluzioni tecniche finalizzate al design di circuiti elettronici, di potenza e di segnale. Gestire in autonomia il laboratorio di lavorazione hardware per interventi di riparazione o modifica delle centraline. Assicurare la ricerca di soluzioni a eventuali anomalie, per la parte elettronica, sui prototipi prodotti internamente a fronte di segnalazioni provenienti dai Clienti. For a multinational company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a Head of Global Commercial & Sales Controlling, reporting to the Group Administration, Control & Indirect Procurement Director and partnering  Commercial function, leading all commercial controlling aspects, for all the markets where the Company operates, and for all the sales channels (Direct Retail, Franchising, Wholesale, Ecommerce, Licensing). In this role, you will be responsible for: Partnering with the Global Commercial & Sales Director and the 4 Regional Commercial Directors on building up solid and consistent commercial budget for the brands in all the regions; Being the business partner for the Global Commercial & Sales Director for all Finance & controlling aspects connected to Sales, from the Top line performance to the gross margin results; Coordinating, together with Operations Controlling team, financial aspects related to the Merchandising process (f.e. target marginality, cost feasibilty, etc); Tracking Global Retail network performance, both online and offline, Direct and Franchising, channels, with particular focus on sell-out, marginality and profitability, while pushing the rest of the team on action plans in case of need; Leading the analysis of new opening opportunities (with focus on store P&L, profitability and sustainability), closures (f.e. penalties) and refits (f.e.
