MAINTENANCE MANAGER
We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing plant performance indicators, implementing maintenance strategies, managing preventive and predictive maintenance, and prioritizing interventions based on production needs. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will supervise spare parts warehouse management, identify training needs for new employees, evaluate maintenance technician skills, standardized work procedures, and lead maintenance improvement projects through Lean methodologies. Effective communication and coordination with management, central functions, and other departments are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:

Manage all maintenance resources effectively.

Analyze plant performance indicators and implement necessary maintenance strategies.

Develop and update preventive and predictive maintenance plans.

Prioritize maintenance interventions based on production requirements.

Supervise spare parts warehouse management and prioritize related tasks.

Identify and address training needs for new maintenance employees.

Evaluate the skills and performance of maintenance technicians.

Standardized work procedures and ensure compliance using standard operating methods.

Lead maintenance improvement projects utilizing Lean methodologies.

Qualifications:
