The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the headquarters of Consea srl, and of the site hosting service provider and are only handled by personnel in charge of processing, even for occasional maintenance operations.

The personal data provided by users are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or provision requested, as better detailed below, and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.

Types of data processed

– Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are canceled immediately after processing. Newsletters, mailing lists

The e-mail contacts used to send Consea communications, updates and news come from voluntary subscriptions by the recipient to whom a confirmation request is always submitted. This includes the sending of information, promotional communications and material. Please note that leads are not acquired from public subscriber lists. In the event that the communications are not of interest to the recipient, it is possible to avoid any further contact by clicking on the appropriate link contained in each message, or by writing to the contact details below, exercising one’s right to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Restricted area

the reserved area on consea.work collects the data to be able to sign the applications.

The person, hereinafter indicated with the name “user”, who wants to register for the service creates an account and fills in the fields: name, surname, e-mail, curriculum vitae.

The curriculum is sent as a pdf or word file and is archived in the Consea space on the OVH servers.

The staff of each Consea office (China, Poland, America, Mexico, Brazil) has access to the platform with administration permissions, these permissions allow the consultation of data and the download of users’ curriculum vitae.

Curriculum files and all user data can be managed within the devices (computers, tablets, phones) of Consea Italia, Consea China, Consea Poland, Consea America, Consea Brasil, Consea México. Resumes can be sent to Consea’s clients.

Data collection form

The user who registers provides the following data in order to access the job offer subscription service:

  • first name
  • surname
  • e-mail
  • resume file

The data is stored within the OVH servers and can be used within the Consea offices.

Purposes and legal bases of the treatment

Personal data is used:

to allow navigation on the site (ref. art.6 co.1 letter f) of the GDPR);

possibly to perform the service or provision requested as part of the normal activity carried out by the undersigned organization and for the management of the contractual relationship (ref. art.6 co.1 letter b) of the GDPR);

Furthermore, all personal data may be processed:

for purposes related to obligations established by law, as well as by provisions issued by authorities legitimated by the law (ref. art. 6 co. 1 letter c) of the GDPR);

for functional purposes, according to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller; in particular for verifying the correct functioning, maintenance and management of the site; for navigation and usage logs to protect the site and the service from cyber-attacks, identify any malicious or fraudulent activity (ref. art. 6 co. 1 letter f) of the GDPR).

Optional provision of data

Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data for specific requests regarding products and/or services.

Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.

For the sake of completeness, it should be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information in accordance with current legislation, for the purpose of controlling the processing of personal data. In these cases, the answer is mandatory under penalty of an administrative fine.

Legal basis. Possible management of consent to treatment

When necessary, except for the cases in which the assumption of a pre-contractual or contractual obligation or the legitimate interest of both the Data Controller and third parties applies, and in any case after reading the information, the interested party is required to express their consent to the processing and to the communication of personal data for the purposes and within the limits described, under penalty of impossibility for the Data Controller to process the data to carry out and implement the services requested by the interested party or offered to him.

Processing methods and data retention

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and will be kept, in general, as long as the purposes of the processing continue according to the category of data processed.

Rights of the interested parties
