For a prestigious multinational group, leader in automotive industry, we are looking for a/an brilliant: PLANT CONTROLLER Reporting to the EMEA Manufacturing Controller, and acting as a business partner, she/he will be responsible for the following activities for the plant: Support plant budget, forecast and strategic plan preparation; Month-end closing and variances analysis; Support continuous improvement methodology deployment (from loss identification to saving track); Investments control together with pay back analysis; Prepare expense report, analysis and review; Participate to internal audits; Provide industrial/financial analysis to support plant leadership team on decision making (cost analysis, cost optimization, profitability etc.); Ensure the correct application of procedures and timing respect.   The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics/Engineering, gained an experience in industrial controlling and served as Plant controller for multinational companies (at least 5 years). Proven business partnering attitude, ability to work under tight deadlines, proactivity, flexibility, team working, communication and results orientation complete the profile. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a basic requirement, in addition to travel availability. Location: Province of Turin

Potresti far parte del gruppo che ha sviluppato SENSIFY il pionieristico sistema frenante che integra l’intelligenza artificiale per offrire un’esperienza di guida unica, cosa aspetti?   JUNIOR CONTROL SOFTWARE ENGINEER   ABOUT THE JOB Il/la Control Software Engineer si occupa di assicurare l’attività di sviluppo software per i sistemi embedded utilizzati nei sistemi meccatronici, nel rispetto degli obiettivi del progetto in cui è coinvolto, nonché garantire che il design del software sia in linea con il processo di sviluppo individuato e con le normative di safety adottate.   RESPONSABILITIES Assicurare la definizione delle specifiche del software da implementare in coerenza con i requisiti di sistema e i requisiti concordati con i Clienti; Assicurare lo sviluppo del software applicativo per i sistemi meccatronici, con prevalente uso della metodologia Model Based Design, incluse prove in simulazione MIL, SIL e HIL; Assicurare lo sviluppo di toolchain a supporto dell’automazione per la generazione del software e la sua compilazione; Assicurare che il software sia sviluppato in accordo con i processi definiti in azienda (A-SPICE) e con le valutazioni di functional safety (ISO 26262); Garantire l’analisi e la risoluzione di eventuali anomalie e/o richieste di modifica su software originate internamente o richieste dai Clienti; Eseguire attività di taratura dei controllori e degli stimatori implementati nel software mediante l’analisi di dati sperimentali ottenuti a banco o da simulazione.   REQUIREMENTS Laurea in ingegneria informatica / automazione; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Provenienza dal settore automotive, aeronautico, railway, elettrodomestici, IOT o automazione industriale; Buona conoscenza nell’uso di Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow; Buona conoscenza della teoria dei controlli; Conoscenza base della programmazione in linguaggio C; Gradita la conoscenza della generazione di codice da modelli (dSpace Targetlink, Mathworks Embedded Coder) e delle metodologie e strumenti di test e calibrazione di centraline elettroniche; Gradita la conoscenza di sistemi di versionamento del codice, issue tracking, gestione dei requisiti; Gradita la conoscenza di linguaggi di scripting, preferibilmente Python; Eccellente capacità di problem solving e capacità di gestione in autonomia.

JOB OVERVIEW: Collabora con l’Operation Manager per la definizione dei programmi di produzione e provvede alla loro attuazione. È responsabile del coordinamento e della supervisione delle squadre addette alle fasi di preparazione e rimessaggio. Supervisiona e coordina l’attività degli addetti ai reparti impianti elettrici, officina ferro, verniciatura, falegnameria e arredi, sia per la preparazione che per l’approvvigionamento dei materiali standard e la gestione del magazzino. Gestisce i fornitori per le lavorazioni esterne, occupandosi di coordinamento, supervisione e attuazione delle attività. È responsabile degli acquisti del materiale di consumo per i reparti produzione allestimenti, verniciatura, impianti elettrici, falegnameria e officina ferro, sia direttamente che indirettamente come supervisore. Pianifica le attività di spedizione e supervisiona la gestione del magazzino correlato. Definisce il layout del magazzino, i criteri di stivaggio e propone miglioramenti per ottimizzare gli spazi e i cicli di lavorazione. È responsabile del programma di manutenzione dei materiali standard e personalizzati, elaborando piani di intervento in collaborazione con l’Operation Manager. Coordina e supervisiona la gestione del magazzino attrezzature. Propone investimenti necessari all’attuazione delle attività aziendali all’Operation Manager e alla Direzione Generale. SENIORITY: Esperienza in aziende manifatturiere (non di processo) del settore legno (terzisti o simili), meccaniche, mobili e arredi, falegnameria di piccola/medio dimensione  Esperienza nella gestione diretta delle persone, senza riporti intermedi. REQUISITI: Capacità di gestione del personale e autorevolezza. Ottime doti di micro-organizzazione. Controllo di dettaglio sulle attività in corso. Problem-solving rapido e continuo. Main objective is the development and successful implementation system, with focus on the continuous improvement of the maintenance, to achieve significant cost savings, improve the reliability and uptime of the machinery, the management of spare parts and the efficiency of the maintenance organization.   Main responsibilities Developing and maintaining the standards and methods related to the Professional and Autonomous Maintenance improvement stream and creating the associated training material. Serving as a trainer about Maintenance standards and improvement methods inside the Company Academy, in order to create an adequate level of competence in the Head Quarter and in the Factories. Providing the necessary support to the Plant Directors, Maintenance stream leaders and improvement teams inside the factories, in order to successfully implement the standards and methods according to the Company System Road Map, also through dedicated missions on site. Identifying good practices, together with the Stream leaders in the factories and promoting their implementation in other factories, whenever convenient. Monitoring the progress of PMS implementation and projects achievements. Serving as an assessor during the audits, regularly performed in the factories. Has a technical background, reinforced by shop-floor practice, that will enable creative and cost-effective solutions applying the Maintenance improvement principles. Is a leader in the implementation of the continuous improvement system worldwide, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization. Develops an adequate level of competence about the Company organization, production process to support the successful implementation and the results of the continuous improvement as a whole. Technical and Soft Skills At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a significative experience in maintenance management. Master's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management. Fluency in English, other languages such as: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Chinese, are considered a plus. Sound understanding of Manufacturing Improvement Systems.
