For an important multinational company operating in Automotive sector, we are looking for a: PROCESS INJECTION TECHNOLOGIST Reporting to the Plant Process Engineering Manager, he/she will ensure that moulds, dies and tooling’s are at the disposal of the plant when needed by giving technical know-how and expertise in this area.   Main activities and responsibilities: Prepare all the documentation of new moulds. Define process parameters for new moulds. Assure that project target of scrap effectiveness are achieved for new moulds. Supervise technically the repair of the existing moulds. Train and to give technical support to the Moulds Teams when necessary. Guarantee the fulfilment of the Health and Safety policies and procedures in his area of responsibility. Report to the Production Manager about his activity, as well as on new deficiencies detected in moulds, dies and tooling, etc. Report the Production Manager about his performance indicators of its supervised area. Actively cooperate with the Department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment   Technical and personal skills: High School Degree. Minimum 5 years in a similar position. Aesthetical products evaluation skills. Functional products evaluation skills. Identification of problems' sources. Know-how on plastic materials. Launch and definition of changes/MAP on components. Launch and definition of MAP for thermoplastic moulds. Molding tools knowledge. For a major customer in the automotive sector, we are looking for a:   Mechanical Development Quality Responsible    Summary Description   Member of the Quality Development Team. Main task is to execute Advanced Quality activities for the new products under development contributing to flawless launches and the continuous improvement of current production of the Transmission components (gearbox, e-axle, PTU, etc…).  Key Responsibilities Actively participate in the risk assessment of new vehicle under development Manage the analysis of opened issues (including Development, Test Drive and Field) including the corrective actions to solve the issue Prepare the report by involving the Vehicle Regulation Team in case of field issue which could cause an action on field.   Analyse the drawings ensuring the fully alignment to the technical specification prescribed.  Analyse BOM (Bill of Material)  Actively participate to the design review.  Actively participate to prepare DFMEA and PFMEA. Prepare along with Cross Functional Team the action plan to improve the reliability products Monitor Quality deliverables (KPI) vs Target defined per each Program Gate. Define and lead the corrective actions to achieve the Quality Target defined for the vehicle under development. Prepare the Quality KPI reporting.   Skills and Requirements   Master’s degree in mechanic/automotive/mechatronic engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years in automotive experience  Deep knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D discipline and problem solving methodology) and IATF 16949 Able to organize and prioritize completion of assigned tasks. Gestire i costi della qualità. Requisiti richiesti: Laurea in discipline scientifiche o Ingegneria. Indispensabile provenienza dal settore automotive. Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese, sarà considerato requisito preferenziale la conoscenza anche della lingua tedesca.
