JOB OVERVIEW:
Collabora con l’Operation Manager per la definizione dei programmi di produzione e provvede alla loro attuazione.
È responsabile del coordinamento e della supervisione delle squadre addette alle fasi di preparazione e rimessaggio.
Supervisiona e coordina l’attività degli addetti ai reparti impianti elettrici, officina ferro, verniciatura, falegnameria e arredi, sia per la preparazione che per l’approvvigionamento dei materiali standard e la gestione del magazzino.
Gestisce i fornitori per le lavorazioni esterne, occupandosi di coordinamento, supervisione e attuazione delle attività.
È responsabile degli acquisti del materiale di consumo per i reparti produzione allestimenti, verniciatura, impianti elettrici, falegnameria e officina ferro, sia direttamente che indirettamente come supervisore.
Pianifica le attività di spedizione e supervisiona la gestione del magazzino correlato.
Definisce il layout del magazzino, i criteri di stivaggio e propone miglioramenti per ottimizzare gli spazi e i cicli di lavorazione.
È responsabile del programma di manutenzione dei materiali standard e personalizzati, elaborando piani di intervento in collaborazione con l’Operation Manager.
Coordina e supervisiona la gestione del magazzino attrezzature.
Propone investimenti necessari all’attuazione delle attività aziendali all’Operation Manager e alla Direzione Generale.
SENIORITY:
Esperienza in aziende manifatturiere (non di processo) del settore legno (terzisti o simili), meccaniche, mobili e arredi, falegnameria di piccola/medio dimensione
Esperienza nella gestione diretta delle persone, senza riporti intermedi.
REQUISITI:

All’interno del dipartimento Planning & Group Control siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Business Unit Controller. La posizione garantisce la presenza all’interno all’interno della Business Unit, fungendo da Business Partner al Direttore del Business.
