PROJECT ENGINEER ABOUT THE JOB Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire all'interno della Global Business Unit Dischi – Technical Development che si occuperà di: - assicurare la pianificazione, il coordinamento e la verifica, in accordo con il proprio responsabile, delle attività di progettazione, prototipazione e sperimentazione fino a ottenere la delibera tecnica del prodotto e la sua validazione da parte del Cliente; - garantire il riferimento tecnico all’interno della Piattaforma per le attività di progettazione, sviluppo e validazione del prodotto e la verifica delle attività di avanzamento dei progetti aggiornando il Piano di Sviluppo, misurando gli scostamenti, analizzandone le cause e attivandosi per la loro risoluzione. Minimun requirements: - Laureati/e in Ingegneria Meccanica; - Esperienza di circa 2-3 anni maturata in ruoli analoghi e in contesti aziendali strutturati; - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; - E’ richiesta la disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte in Italia e all’estero. As an IT supporter your daily responsibilities will be to swiftly and in a structured manner handle inquiries from your local coworkers at the Milan offices, and once a week you will have the opportunity to visit the production site . You will solve problems ranging from CAPS LOCK during login to more complex issues related to mobile phones, PCs or tablets used by the business. But you will also train your colleagues on how to use their tools in the most efficient way to solve their daily tasks. You will be fully supported and trained by your international colleagues from either headquarters in Denmark, or from IT colleagues all around Europe. You will join the IT Service Delivery department , where you will also have possibility for personal growth and technical sparring. The IT platform is based on Microsoft 365 and we expect you to have a high level of experience with troubleshooting the applications within this portfolio, such as Outlook, Teams and OneNote. The production platform is SAP based, so some experience with the SAP products is a plus, but not a requirement, as it is fully supported from HQ. Some experience with Cisco networks and Windows Server is required. Responsabilità Supportare nella definizione dei fabbisogni di acquisto da un punto di vista tecnico e contrattuale; Redigere il piano degli acquisti con focus su tempi, costi e necessità; Valutare potenziali fornitori e assicurare forniture in linea con i fabbisogni del cantiere. Attività Supportare la redazione del budget, definendo i fabbisogni di acquisto; Allineare le richieste di acquisto ai fabbisogni del programma lavori; Supportare nella definizione delle specifiche tecniche degli acquisti e nella definizione delle clausole contrattuali; Supportare nella selezione dei fornitori/ subappaltatori, effettuando scouting preliminare per assicurare soddisfacimento delle specifiche tecniche; Effettuare attività di expediting (es: visite presso fornitori) per verificare stato di avanzamento della fornitura; Manutenere l’Albo Fornitori. Nello specifico si occuperà di: - Briefing con il cliente e analisi del fabbisogno; - Stesura contratti; - Gestione del processo di selezione dal reperimento candidature tramite attività di head hunting/scouting ai colloqui di selezione fino al monitoraggio dei candidati post assunzione.
