Main activities and responsibilities:
• Gather selling on different markets and channels (retail, franchising e wholesale) to structure the collection;
• Gather feedback on products from the market fostering; initiatives and special project to meet needs of different markets;
• Monitoring both on a qualitative and on a quantitative levels competitors on pricing, products, materials, shapes;
• Elaborating and establishing the collection plan (functions, price ranges, number of lines, model types etc);
• Managing the process of defining price objectives for the collections;
• To guarantee activities in order to support during editing of samples for finalizing final offers and display programs;
• Supporting in defining products purchasing packages adapted according to different features/dimensions of Boutiques and shops;
• To guarantee commercial forecast activities related to collections’ trends (sell out forecast to allow Production start over);
• Training sessions organization in show room before buying office start to show to sales associates, Boutique managers and Retail employees the collection mood, the materials, the products and accordingly the different way to utilize them.
Requirements:
• 3 + years of experience;
• Strong knowledge of RTW;
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required;
• Analytical, organizational skills and strategy building skills;
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, relational skills; flexibility and open minded approach;
• Judgment and mature business skills;
• Fluent English, knowledge of French is a plus

Ensure inventory management program accuracy is effective and timely, analysis of inventory levels and days inventory on-hand (DIO) to ensure they meet ISC/Operations targets. Assure overall financial performance with expectations. Continuous improvement project analysis. Ensure ongoing proper transactions and controls are in place in the facility so that accurate costing and profit analysis can be performed. Data collection and analysis maintenance. Prepares, administers and monitors plant procedures. COMPETENCES: Degree such as Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA, Business, Education, Manufacturing, Business/Administration, Business School.
