Responsibilities:
Reporting and Coordination: Report to the Corporate Reporting Director and coordinate various phases of the financial closing process, including Monthly, Quarterly, Year-end, Budget, and Forecasts Consolidated closing. Ensure accuracy of data input into both group Managerial and Statutory reporting systems, aligning with the accounting system.
Financial Reporting: Produce and ensure accuracy of all externally relevant financial reports including balance sheets, cash flows, and mandatory reports for statistical purposes.
Data Analysis and Collaboration: Collaborate with all departments of the Financial office for monthly data analysis.
Audit Coordination: Coordinate the collection of data requested by audit firms and serve as the primary internal reference for consolidated financial statements within the company.
Internal Controls: Implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
Accounting Standards: Collaborate with General Accounting to identify correct accounting representation according to international accounting principles.
Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide financial reports and ad hoc presentations as required.
IFRS16 Compliance: Oversee backup calculation and subsequent accounting under IFRS16 principles.
Skills:
Education and Experience: Master's degree in economics-related disciplines with 5-8 years of work experience.
Accounting Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, consolidation processes, and principles.
Finance Processes: Familiarity with finance processes within multinational groups.
Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in English language (CEFR C1).
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Experience: Experience gained in audit firms/corporate reporting teams or finance function of major multinational groups.
