La risorsa si occuperà di coordinare e sujpervisionare tutte le attività produttive ed i cantieri ed in particolare dei seguenti task: - Assegnare i cantieri agli assistenti tecnici - Pianificare puntualmente, in coordinamento con le funzioni aziendali di riferimento, gli interventi sui cantieri considerando le risorse disponibili (Personale, Procurement, Macchine e Attrezzature); - Definire la gestione operativa del Budget; - Coordinare operativamente e organizzativamente le attività degli Assistenti Tecnici; - Supervisionare le attività di pianificazione della produzione, lo staffing delle risorse, la gestione dei materiali e dei mezzi; - Valutare l’esecuzione dei lavori tramite il monitoraggio degli avanzamenti; - Supportare in logica di crisis management gli interventi su tutte le attività bloccanti o ad elevata priorità per il conseguimento dei lavori; - Risolvere, di concerto con l'Area Tecnica, eventuali problematiche prima e durante l'esecuzione dei lavori. In this role, you will be responsible for: Performance analysis of Italian and foreign Direct Operated Stores; Elaboration of management Financial statements of the DOS chain (budget, forecast, actual); DOS new openings/closure analysis, together with Retail team; Preparation of regular reports for the analysis of net sales, gross margin, OPEX, profit of the Retail Business performance at store level; Being a business partner for the Retail team both at HQ level and Country level, always in strict alignment with HQ Finance team as well; Supporting the Country Managers & Retail Managers in the elaboration of Business Plans and analysis of profitability of Retail investments. Descrizione del ruolo Il Regional Key Account On Trade sarà responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo dei principali clienti del canale Horeca (hotel, ristoranti, bar, locali premium) nella regione Puglia.
