The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing engineering and maintenance activities. Follow up Capex approval and Management; Work with facility, maintenance and warehouse managers to ensure adequate and accurate inventories are maintained to support production. Polymers Lab Manager La Risorsa si occuperà di gestire le risorse del Laboratorio Materiali (persone, strumentazione e budget) e coordinare la pianificazione delle attività dell’area Polimeri riconoscendo le corrette priorità. Avrà la responsabilità di coordinare la consulenza tecnica che il Laboratorio dedica ai vari enti aziendali nell’ambito dei materiali polimerici e compositi e loro trattamenti/rivestimenti/incollaggi. Responsabilità principali: Coordina le persone dell’area Polimeri individuando i piani operativi settimanali delle attività, in base alle priorità. Sovrintende ai flussi di processo per l’area Polimeri supportando le proprie persone nell’individuazione dei metodi di analisi più efficaci o di approfondimento per una corretta diagnosi delle anomalie Controlla e firma i report dell’area Polimeri.
