Potresti far parte del gruppo che ha sviluppato SENSIFY il pionieristico sistema frenante che integra l’intelligenza artificiale per offrire un’esperienza di guida unica, cosa aspetti?   SENIOR VEHICLE TEST ENGINEER   ABOUT THE JOB   Il/la Vehicle Test Engineer si occupa di assicurare la definizione e lo sviluppo degli strumenti, delle  metodologie relativamente alle attività di Prove Strada, di cui garantisce il coordinamento e l’organizzazione delle attività di sperimentazione secondo i programmi e le strategie concordate con il responsabile.   RESPONSABILITIES Assicura l’esecuzione di prove di sistemi/elementi nuovi e/o complessi; Collabora con gli enti di Progettazione / R&D in ottica di definizione specifiche; Assicura l’esecuzione del montaggio di Prototipi e strumenti di prova sul veicolo; Assicura la proposta di soluzioni creative e migliorative su particolari elementi e sistemi; Assicura la partecipazione alle analisi della concorrenza; Assicura la partecipazione alle riunioni di design review; Assicura la partecipazione alle riunioni informative, organizzative e tecniche; Assicura la gestione autonoma dei veicoli di prova e ne assicura il corretto uso e la manutenzione; Assicura un costante flusso di indicazioni agli enti di Progettazione / R&D, utili al miglioramento del prodotto; Analizza i dati acquisiti, compila e redige le relazioni di prova.   Laureati/e in Ingegneria Meccanica, con esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi e un'ottima conoscenza della dinamica del veicolo. Completano il profilo spiccate capacità di problem solving, teamwork, orientamento al risultato, unitamente a una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese con disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia e all’estero per attività di test su veicolo.

RESPONSABILITIES Garantire la definizione dei diversi tipi di test (integrazione, sicurezza, funzionali e di durata) di sistemi, sottosistemi e componenti per le varie fasi di progetto (sviluppo, validazione); Garantire la definizione e/o il miglioramento di documenti, metodi, procedure, processi e strumenti specifici per l’area di appartenenza; Garantire la realizzazione, la manutenzione, la taratura della strumentazione dei banchi di prova; Garantire la preparazione, l'allestimento e l’esecuzione dei diversi tipi di test; Garantire l’analisi dei dati acquisiti, la compilazione e la redazione delle relazioni di prova; Garantire l’analisi degli scostamenti e la ricerca di possibili cause, proponendo eventuali soluzioni in ottica di miglioramento continuo; Assicurare una continua attività critica di controllo preventivo in termini di sicurezza. Il candidato/a ideale è in possesso di un Diploma meccanico, meccatronico, elettromeccanico, elettrotecnico, elettronico, ha una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, ha una buona operatività unitamente a delle spiccate abilità relazionali, una propensione al lavoro in team ed è fortemente orientato a modalità di lavoro sul campo. E‘ inoltre richiesta la conoscenza del prodotto Brembo, della strumentazione di test e misure elettriche/elettroniche, di strumenti di analisi di dati (Excel, Diadem, Matlab), di attuatori elettromeccanici, centraline di controllore e driver per motori elettrici, una ottima abilità nella manipolazione e l'assemblaggio di componenti meccanici, elettromeccanici e elettronici Si richiedono fra 2 e 3 anni di esperienza in posizioni analoghe maturate preferibilmente nel settore automotive su degli attuatori e pinze elettromeccaniche.

Ensure inventory management program accuracy is effective and timely, analysis of inventory levels and days inventory on-hand (DIO) to ensure they meet ISC/Operations targets. Assure overall financial performance with expectations. Continuous improvement project analysis. Ensure ongoing proper transactions and controls are in place in the facility so that accurate costing and profit analysis can be performed. Data collection and analysis maintenance. Prepares, administers and monitors plant procedures.
