Potresti far parte del gruppo che ha sviluppato SENSIFY il pionieristico sistema frenante che integra l’intelligenza artificiale per offrire un’esperienza di guida unica, cosa aspetti?                                            JUNIOR SYSTEM & SAFETY ENGINEER   ABOUT THE JOB Il/la System & Safety Engineer si occupa di eseguire le attività necessarie per implementare la metodologia di sviluppo prodotto in termini di requisiti e design del Sistema, functional safety e cybersecurity in accordo agli standard in uso.   RESPONSABILITIES Implementare le azioni necessarie affinchè il prodotto finale possa rispondere ai requisiti del cliente in termini di funzionalità, performance, affidabilità e ai requisiti richiesti dalle normative in uso nell’automotive in termini di Functional Safety e Cybersecurity di prodotto; Implementare le azioni necessarie a supporto dei team impiegati durante le fasi di sviluppo, di produzione e post produzione affinché il prodotto sia sviluppato in accordo ai requisiti di Functional Safety; Implementare le azioni necessarie sui sistemi in sviluppo a supporto dell’omologazione del veicolo; Supportare gli sviluppi Software, Hardware, Meccanico e il Testing affinchè il prodotto finale. possa rispondere ai requisiti di sistema, inclusi gli aspetti di Functional Safety e Cybersecurity di prodotto; Seguire il processo di qualifica e di monitoraggio dei fornitori per quel che concerne gli aspetti di Design di Sistema, Functional Safety e di Cybersecurity; Collaborare nella definizione e implementazione di soluzioni e/o metodi per l’innovazione in termini di: funzionalità, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity di prodotto e processo di sviluppo formalizzando idee per nuovi brevetti; Implementare le analisi qualitative e quantitative richieste per la verifica del sistema, del SW e dell’HW dagli standard di functional safety e di qualità in uso.   REQUIREMENTS Laurea in ingegneria automazione, elettronica; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Conoscenza di Simulink; Conoscenza di base dei concetti di reliability; Gradita la conoscenza di sistemi di issue tracking e gestione dei requisiti; Eccellente capacità di problem solving e capacità di gestione in autonomia; Buona conoscenza metodologie di system engineering and requirements management (costituisce valore aggiunto l’esperienza nell’utilizzo di tools tipo: DOORS, SysML, UML, Simulink); Buona conoscenza delle normative in ambito Functional Safety e loro applicazione (a livello sistema, HW e SW); Conoscenza delle normative in ambito Cybersecurity di prodotto e loro applicazione; Buona conoscenza di Automotive Spice; Buona capacità di definizione e modellazione architetture di: sistema, sotto sistema, HW e SW; Conoscenza dei metodi di analisi di sistema qualitativi e quantitativi e loro applicazione (per esempio DFMEA, Fault Tree Analysis), costituisce valore aggiunto un minimo di esperienza nell’utilizzo dei seguenti tools: APIS, MEDINI; Conoscenza di base del design degli algoritmi di controllo, del sw di basso livello, dell’ HW e della meccanica; Conoscenza delle norme di omologazione principali.

Per primaria realtà industriale del settore Automotive, stiamo ricercando un/una:   NEW PROJECT INDUSTRIALIZATION SPECIALIST   La risorsa, a riporto della Direzione Engineering, avrà la responsabilità end to end per il perimetro a lui/lei assegnato nell’ambito della industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti, interfacciandosi per tutti i progetti con l’Ente engineering nelle fasi iniziali di progetto (Preventivazione) per poi coordinare tutte le attività a livello di plant sia per l’approntamento delle campionature che per l’attività di maturazione e validazione processo fino alla fase di produzione di serie.   PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ Interfacciarsi con l’ente Engineering nelle fasi iniziali di preventivazione circa la valutazione della capacità produttiva del potenziale plant di destinazione e per progetti complessi presiede sin da subito il team con l’obiettivo di fare la verifica del ciclo produttivo e la valutazione del rischio di fornitura Presiedere il team di plant dedicato coordinando tutte le attività necessarie per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di timing, qualità e redditività di tutti i nuovi prodotti Assicurarsi che in base alle classi di prodotto definite le input list, le check list ed i kpi siano sempre aggiornati evidenziando in tal modo errori o ritardi con logica a semaforo (verde giallo rosso) Verificare nell’ambito del team di progetto EMEA lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti e supportare nel risolvere eventuali conflitti interfunzionali Gestire il processo di industrializzazione end to end Coordinare il miglioramento dei processi con focus su learning by doing Gestire le Best Practices in ambito processi produttivi Standardizzare i processi produttivi in ottica di continuous improvement REQUISITI Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/ Gestionale Conoscenza approfondita dei processi produttivi quali stampaggio, lavorazioni meccaniche, trattamenti termici ecc.. Conoscenza del project management come strumento di lavoro da applicare al processo di industrializzazione Conoscenza approfondita struttura dei costi in aziende manifatturiere: costi fissi costi variabili B/C Possibilmente avere maturato un’esperienza significativa di almeno cinque anni in ambienti automotive con certificazione ISO 9001 e se possibile IATF 16949. Key Responsibilities Define and implement standards in terms of reporting, routines and KPI’s across ePT globally (USA, Japan, Thailand, India, Germany, Italy, Poland); Optimize and implement new data gathering processes and data management in different systems in collaboration with HR management, Finance and HR reporting team.
