For an important international luxury company, we are looking for a: BUYER RAW MATERIALS Main responsibilities: Manage the process of purchasing from a technical, timeline and cost point of view for the Raw Materials: Leather, Fabrics, Metal Hardware, Packaging. Work in the Production team, very closely with the Raw Materials Research team with the objective of validating all necessary information and to make sure that the allocations of materials are suitable for production; Support the Production Planning Team to guarantee the on time deliveries of the materials.   Work in close relationship with manufacturers in order to manage any material related issue and possible optimizations. In charge of a detailed follow up of the purchasing orders, relation of deliveries KPIs and reporting. Verify that all selected raw materials are correctly sourced from reliable suppliers and that these are working according to the Company’s Social Compliance Guidelines and global Regulations in accordance with Environment, use of chemical products etc. Manage the Supplier Portfolio for each category and look for the most adequate suppliers according to their savoir-faire in order to guarantee quality, deliveries and innovation. T Define quality parameters of the material enrichment techniques for the production with supplier and in collaboration with the Product Industrialization Team. Promote the suppliers research to enlarge materials market knowledge. Negotiate prices and purchasing conditions and will transfer the information to the Development and Raw Materials Procurement Team. On behalf of our client, a prestigious Italian multinational group leader in the Apparel & Fashion sector, we are currently recruiting a Plant General Manager to be based in Tunisia. Scope: This role is the interface between the local Plant and the BU Headquarter in Italy, being in charge of Operations, Finance and Production. Moreover he is directly responsible for the P&L of the plant and for the quality of the service; maintain good relations with the local clients. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Production Planning. Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions where needed, in the following areas: production, quality control, maintenance Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner. Responsible for overall purchasing strategy, identifying and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and productivity Establish, lead and implement comprehensive material and inventory planning Outsource and lead local contractors’ performance Contribute to develop the skills and capabilities of the plant employees Ensure properly staffing of plant to meet production levels and goals REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Engineering/Science or equivalent skills 10+ years’ experience in a multinational manufacturing environment and at least 5 years in a similar leadership role Working experience in Tunisia or North Africa is a must Fluent English, the Italian knowledge is a plus Strong team working attitude, good project and time management Workplace: Tunisia

For a prestigious multinational group, we are looking for a:   MAINTENANCE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT – CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT EXPERT The Maintenance Subject Matter Expert is a member of the central Head Quarter Continuous Improvement Team inside Manufacturing Function, which coordinates and supports the Company Manufacturing Excellence worldwide. Main objective is the development and successful implementation system, with focus on the continuous improvement of the maintenance, to achieve significant cost savings, improve the reliability and uptime of the machinery, the management of spare parts and the efficiency of the maintenance organization.   Main responsibilities Developing and maintaining the standards and methods related to the Professional and Autonomous Maintenance improvement stream and creating the associated training material. Serving as a trainer about Maintenance standards and improvement methods inside the Company Academy, in order to create an adequate level of competence in the Head Quarter and in the Factories. Providing the necessary support to the Plant Directors, Maintenance stream leaders and improvement teams inside the factories, in order to successfully implement the standards and methods according to the Company System Road Map, also through dedicated missions on site. Identifying good practices, together with the Stream leaders in the factories and promoting their implementation in other factories, whenever convenient. Monitoring the progress of PMS implementation and projects achievements. Serving as an assessor during the audits, regularly performed in the factories. Has a technical background, reinforced by shop-floor practice, that will enable creative and cost-effective solutions applying the Maintenance improvement principles. Is a leader in the implementation of the continuous improvement system worldwide, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization. Develops an adequate level of competence about the Company organization, production process to support the successful implementation and the results of the continuous improvement as a whole. Technical and Soft Skills At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a significative experience in maintenance management. Master's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management. Fluency in English, other languages such as: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Chinese, are considered a plus. Sound understanding of Manufacturing Improvement Systems. For a leading Tier 1 multinational company in the Automotive sector, we are looking for a:   AUTOMATION ENGINEER   The figure, included in the Automation & IoT Department, reporting directly to the Division Manager, will have the following responsibilities:   To develop, in codesign with supplier during the preliminary concept of the product/project, the needed suitable automation solutions to guarantee the best balance between local labour cost and investment amount, consistently with process variable cost estimation in the offer phase To define the technical specifications ( including machine description, capability with parameters and required standard,..) of the machinery or tools related to the involved section of the process ensuring the application of the standards To collaborate with the Purchasing dept. in the supplier Machinery/ tools nomination phase through the offer analysis To collaborate with Product Design for the tools feasibility To manage the investments of the machinery / tools ensuring the adherence of the spending according to the foreseen cost in the offer phase To define the supplier activities schedule for each machinery / tools, consistently with the overall product development Gantt. To monitor the construction progress status, visiting periodically the supplier site and defining, in case of deviations, suitable recovery action plans agreed with Process Leaders To ensure the supervision of the technical test of the machinery / tools at the supplier site, verifying the compliance with technical requirements and expected cycle time target; to give the approval for the machinery / tools transfer to the manufacturing plant according to the existing acceptance rules To define the typology and the amount of materials and auxiliary tooling that are necessary for the testing of the machinery To manage machinery / tools modification and tuning after each test To organize, in case of specific dedicated project, the FMEA process in order to identify the quality risk of the product and put in place the automatic controls To guarantee the availability of make components (by soft or hard tooling) consistently with the product development plan To coordinate the machinery / tools handover to the manufacturing plant coordinating the activities related to the industrial trials in collaboration with the plant To coordinate the installation and acceptance and of the machinery/tooling, monitoring and confirming its capability with the plant Production Engineering for the final approval To provide the plant Production Engineering with the technical data (machine guide, utilization manual, spare parts list,..) concerning the new machinery / tools , supporting them in the training of the involved associates To collaborate in the definition of the required actions to set up the area of the installation of the machine ( including water, air, electric energy ,..) and to guarantee the legal and safety compliance To collaborate in the preparation of the preventive maintenance sheets/plan and manual To collaborate with the Production Engineering of the plant in the machinery modification and improvements. Per un’importante realtà nostra cliente ricerchiamo un/a:   RESPONSABILE AMMINISTRATIVO CONTABILE Riportando direttamente al CEO, seguirà tutto il processo contabile e amministrativo fino alla chiusura del bilancio consolidato. Principali aree di responsabilità: Contabilizzazione ciclo attivo e ciclo passivo attraverso il gestionale dedicato; Controllo del ciclo di contabilità generale e scritture di assestamento per la corretta elaborazione dei bilanci annuali e semestrali; Dichiarazioni fiscali nel rispetto delle scadenze: liquidazione IVA e predisposizione e pagamento modello F24; Emissione dei pagamenti e analisi del cashflow settimanale; Utilizzo del nuovo gestionale (Zucchetti) con relativa analisi mensile di costi/ricavi; Avviare eventuali implementazioni volte a migliorare l’efficienza contabile, amministrativa e di reporting; Gestione dei rapporti con i consulenti esterni per quanto riguarda gli adempimenti di natura fiscale; Gestione delle commesse infrannuali e pluriennali; Supervisione circa la gestione degli acquisti; Supporto alla Direzione per quanto riguarda la gestione del personale. La risorsa si occuperà di coordinare e sujpervisionare tutte le attività produttive ed i cantieri ed in particolare dei seguenti task: - Assegnare i cantieri agli assistenti tecnici - Pianificare puntualmente, in coordinamento con le funzioni aziendali di riferimento, gli interventi sui cantieri considerando le risorse disponibili (Personale, Procurement, Macchine e      Attrezzature); - Definire la gestione operativa del Budget; - Coordinare operativamente e organizzativamente le attività degli Assistenti Tecnici; - Supervisionare le attività di pianificazione della produzione, lo staffing delle risorse, la gestione dei materiali e dei mezzi; - Valutare l’esecuzione dei lavori tramite il monitoraggio degli avanzamenti; - Supportare in logica di crisis management gli interventi su tutte le attività bloccanti o ad elevata priorità per il conseguimento dei lavori; - Risolvere, di concerto con l'Area Tecnica, eventuali problematiche prima e durante l'esecuzione dei lavori. Per un nostro cliente, azienda leader nella produzione di gelatina e di collagene idrolizzato per il settore Food, Pharma e Cosmetico, ricerchiamo un/una Responsabile Amministrativo Riportando direttamente al CFO e gestendo un team di 5 risorse,  sarà responsabile per le seguenti aree di attività: Fatturazione attiva/passiva Gestione degli adempimenti IVA / fiscali Esterometro Intrastat Contabilità in partita doppia, fino al bilancio (no deposito bilancio) Quadratura dei conti DA/AV Cespiti Controlli di magazzino Interfaccia con il commercialista Il/La candidato/a ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti: Diploma o Laurea universitaria in Economia o Finanza; Esperienza almeno di 3 anni in primaria società di revisione e successiva esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di responsabile dell’amministrazione di azienda strutturata produttiva, con gestione di un team di almeno 4/5 HC; Conoscenza adempimenti fiscali (non importante il calcolo delle imposte che invece sarà demandato al consulente esterno); Capacità di sviluppare ed affinare le procedure di chiusura del bilancio (tesoreria, vendite incassi, acquisti pagamenti, valorizzazioni del magazzino e calcolo dei costi medi); Conoscenza di adeguati pacchetti software di contabilità (AS400 sw attualmente in uso); Conoscenza dei principi contabili IAS/IFRS; Conoscenza lingua inglese; Buone capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione a tutti i livelli aziendali.
