Per importante Azienda settore siderurgico, stiamo cercando il: QUALITY MANAGER Il/la candidato/a avrà la totale responsabilità ed autonoma gestione di tutte le funzioni relative al processo qualitativo. Principali attività e responsabilità: Garantire e mantenere gli standard qualitativi e l’affidabilità dei processi di lavorazione interni. Garantire l’analisi ed il miglioramento continuo della Qualità di Sistemi e Processi. Coordinare ed eseguire attività di verifica ispettiva interna di Sistema, di Processo e Prodotto. Controllare periodicamente gli scostamenti dei risultati ottenuti rispetto ai target previsti. Analizzare e fornire le Linee Guida per la gestione/risoluzione dei Problemi Qualità Strategici Cliente. Garantire la trasversale diffusione di informazioni circa le attività di miglioramento ai vari Servizi. Gestire le non conformità ed il trattamento dei prodotti non conformi. Eseguire l'analisi delle non conformità segnalate dai clienti ed avviare adeguate azioni correttive. Gestire i costi della qualità. Requisiti richiesti: Diploma di Scuola Media Superiore o Laurea in discipline tecniche Esperienza lavorativa maturata all’interno dell’area Qualità in aziende del settore Siderurgico, in particolare di produzione e/o lavorazione dell’acciaio inox. Conoscenza degli elementi di base relativi alla pianificazione della realizzazione del prodotto/ processo (APQP, PPAP, FMEA). Conoscenza dei Sistemi di Gestione della Qualità e delle Norme UNI ES ISO 9001:2015, UNI ES ISO 14001:2015 e UNI EN ISO 45001:2018, nonché dei requisiti IATF 16949:2016. Scope: This role is the interface between the local Plant and the BU Headquarter in Italy, being in charge of Operations, Finance and Production. Mission: The candidate will coordinate Production, Quality and Logistics functions of each plant, reporting to the General Manager / Managing Director. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the manufacturing process in two plants. Coordinates the two manufacturing plants' short-term and long-term planning, KPIs, and operating procedures. Ensures proper inventory management and allocation of resources, as well as the continuous improvement of the production processes and the flow of incoming material to feed the production processes, together with the respective plant production managers. Manage production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products by monitoring and evaluating operational effectiveness. Previous experience managing production / operations at a manufacturing / transforming company specializing in semi-finished plastics products, for the medical and electronics industries as preferred.
