Il Plant HRBP, riportando direttamente al Direttore Generale, sarà responsabile dell'implementazione delle politiche e delle procedure HR all'interno dello stabilimento (sito in Toscana). Sarà responsabile della gestione dei seguenti processi: reclutamento, onboarding, relazioni con i dipendenti, conformità, formazione, buste paga, retribuzioni e benefit. Dovrà inoltre essere in grado di comprendere i problemi aziendali e apportare soluzioni basate sulla strategia aziendale. Principali responsabilità: Responsabile del reclutamento e della gestione dei dipendenti dello stabilimento. Collabora con la direzione dello stabilimento nel mantenere i livelli di personale entro il budget. Elabora le buste paga settimanali dello stabilimento e amministra la politica delle presenze. Interpreta e applica le politiche aziendali, i vantaggi, le pratiche, le procedure, i programmi e le leggi applicabili. Mantiene registri e compila report riguardanti dati relativi al personale quali assunzioni, turnover, programmi per i dipendenti, valutazioni delle prestazioni, progressione salariale e tassi di assenteismo.
