PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
Coordinare i Buyer affidando le diverse RdA.
Supervisionare e si occupa di negoziare con i fornitori strategici
Monitorare costantemente i driver di costo delle commodity e suggerisce/implementa tutte le azioni per prevenire i rischi e trarre vantaggio dalle opportunità
Analizzare il contratto del cliente al fine di individuare quali variabili potrebbero incidere sul contratto lato fornitore e, con il supporto del back office, crea dei template di riferimento
Supervisionare la negoziazione dei termini di contratto lato fornitore al fine di non disattendere alle obbligazioni stipulate nei contratti lato cliente
Contribuire alla determinazione delle politiche di pagamento dei fornitori garantendo la salvaguardia degli obiettivi finanziari
Sviluppare contratti quadro di fornitura volti a garantire le migliori condizioni commerciali assicurando elevati indici qualitativi e di servizio logistico
Recepire da RC/DT/DO le Richieste di Acquisto (proposte di ordine/R.d.A.) e le informazioni di supporto e complementari e le affida ai buyer
Effettuare/supervisionare le dovute ricerche di mercato, con il supporto dei cantieri e dell'UT relativamente agli allineamenti di natura tecnica
Provvedere allo sviluppo del parco fornitori/subappaltatori, mediante analisi dei mercati (nazionale ed internazionale) allo scopo di ricercare opportunità di approvvigionamento più favorevoli
Raccogliere le informazioni, direttamente o tramite referenze, per la qualifica dei Fornitori/Subappaltatori al fine di valutare la loro capacità di soddisfare i requisiti della forniture
Redigere le Richieste di Offerta (RdO) e le trasmette ai fornitori
Supervisionare le trattative economiche dei buyer condividendo le strategie di acquisto e il budget di riferimento
Supervisionare la predisposizione delle tabulazioni per gli ordini di contratti e le sottopone alla Direzione Supply Chain
Supervisionare la redazione degli ordini e la relativa archiviazione
Aggiornare, sulla base dei monitoraggi effettuati in cantiere, lo stato della qualifica dei Fornitori/Subappaltatori
Gestire i diretti collaboratori, coordinandone le attività, valutandone le prestazioni e curandone lo sviluppo professionale
Gestire il budget, analizza tutti gli acquisti realizzati, studia i costi medi e pianifica le strategie di acquisto per l'anno successivo nell'ottica dell'allargamento e miglioramento continuo della base fornitori ed in coerenza con il piano industriale aziendale
Supervisionare la redazione delle Richieste di Offerta ( RdO) gestite dai buyer prima della successiva trasmissione ai fornitori
