Responsabile del raggiungimento dei target definiti per i KPI assegnati (prezzo, vendor rating, n° fornitori per merceologia, n° ordini emessi). Responsabile del raggiungimento dei target definiti dalla Direzione Finance in merito a: tutela del patrimonio, rischio e posizione finanziaria. Coordinare il personale della Funzione Procurement e garantirne la crescita professionale. Gestire e monitorare il budget di approvvigionamento, adottando le misure correttive necessarie al recupero di eventuali scostamenti. Definire la strategia di acquisto ed il conseguente piano d’azione, sulla base di analisi di mercato, dati storici aziendali, tendenze di consumo ed informazioni tratte da attività di scouting. Selezionare i fornitori di interesse, procedere con un’analisi comparativa ed effettuare una verifica degli standard qualitativi attesi (anche attraverso visite dirette) nonché del loro posizionamento sul mercato. Gestire direttamente, o a supporto del category manager, le trattative di particolare rilevanza in termini di volume di spesa. Effettuare una programmazione degli ordini di acquisto, provvedere ad eventuali modifiche o variazioni a seguito della valutazione e del controllo dei processi di acquisto. Ottimizzare e standardizzare i processi di acquisto. Razionalizzare il parco fornitori. Gestire gli aspetti contrattuali (tempi e modalità di pagamento) con l’obiettivo di migliorare il cash flow aziendale.
