For a multinational company, leader in the automotive sector, we are looking for: HR Lead Global Engineering The HR Manager Engineering plays a key role in supporting the global team of HRBP within the Engineering function of our ePowerTrain BU. The focus is on delivering measurable commercial value by driving the effective execution of all HR processes and driving a best-in-class HR service. Following the “Ulrich model” and working closely with the Global ePT HR leadership team and the Global HR Centers of Expertise, across talent management, performance management & talent acquisition, the HR Manager Engineering is accountable to ensure we have the right people in place to support delivery of operational excellence as continue to grow our ePowertrain business. Key responsibilities: Primary contact for HR expertise tasked with developing and supporting engineering talent to successfully deliver the operational strategy; Lead organizational development activities, in collaboration with the HR Centers of Expertise, to ensure the ePT business is staffed with innovative, high-performing engineers with a focus on continuous improvement; Provide strategic support to Engineering in organisational design, culture and change management initiatives, talent management, policies and processes integrated within Business; Working with the talent CoE provide support to Engineering leadership in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy and insuring inclusion and diversity outcomes; Enable business leaders to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure they are qualified and skilled to meet current and future performance standards; Identify and mitigate people related risks to address attrition and retention of critical people to meet current and future needs of the Business; Coordinate ePT Engineering sites HR activities; Partner with site management teams to address data trends on operational and employee performance for root causes of work-related problems and issue; Garner, analyse and interpret market insights, HR trends, Business Data and leverage business tools and technology to help identify opportunities to deploy and continuously improve data driven people interventions to support business outcomes; Facilitate a high-performance culture by acting as an internal coach and consultant to enable managers to become effective people leaders. Main requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR business facing role in engineering/ design centers or manufacturing in auto industry; Track record of supporting engineering disciplines in an HR capacity preferred Good working knowledge of industrial relations laws and regulations in multiple countries Proven ability to effectively work in an “Ulrich model” of HR service delivery, including collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise and offshore centralized HR Shared Services teams; Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative while also being a team player who works closely with other members of the HR and Engineering teams. Responsabilità: Gestire il carico delle commesse, assicurando la corretta registrazione dei prodotti finiti e dei materiali di consumo. Organizzare e supervisionare le operazioni di spedizione, inclusa la preparazione della documentazione necessaria e la coordinazione con i corrieri. Gestire la movimentazione della merce all'interno del magazzino, ottimizzando gli spazi e garantendo la sicurezza delle operazioni. Inserire e aggiornare i listini di vendita nel sistema gestionale. Controllare e verificare le fatture dei fornitori, assicurando l'accuratezza delle informazioni e il rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali. Monitorare l'operatività delle spedizioni, risolvendo eventuali problematiche e garantendo il rispetto dei tempi di consegna. Organizzare i ritiri della merce, coordinandosi con i fornitori e i trasportatori. Collaborare con altri reparti aziendali per assicurare un flusso di lavoro efficiente e senza intoppi. Requisiti: Esperienza pregressa nel settore tessile/abbigliamento, preferibilmente in ruoli di logistica. Conoscenza delle procedure logistiche e di gestione del magazzino. You will have the opportunity to create and develop footwear products for Men’s and Women’s and be involved in the creative process. You will have a direct, daily contact with the footwear factory in Italy (Marche area), and will pilot the development of all products within the timings requested, for both mens and womens, and both runway and pre-collections. You will report directly to the Owner and to the Head of Collections development and Merchandising. Per importante Cliente, multinazionale italiana, del settore automotive, siamo alla ricercar di un/una:   Metallurgical Lab Specialist   Mission: Effettuare analisi di laboratorio per: supportare l’Ente P&Q nei processi di benestare (PPAP) e nelle diagnosi di progetto, di processo produttivo e di fornitura; supportare gli enti tecnici nei progetti di sviluppo.   Responsabilità principali: Effettua le analisi di laboratorio necessarie per i processi di benestare (PPAP) e/o i controlli ad audit relativamente ai materiali metallici e ai loro trattamenti; Effettua le attività di laboratorio relative alla failure analysis per i componenti in materiale metallico (acciai, leghe di alluminio, leghe di Titanio, leghe di Nichel, sinterizzati, ottenuti per additive manufacturing); Effettua attività di analisi di laboratorio necessarie alla valutazione delle diverse fasi dei progetti di sviluppo; Effettua analisi di laboratorio di benchmarking relativamente ai componenti in materiale metallico; Effettua analisi di laboratorio per supportare Tecnologie e le aree produttive per la messa in esercizio di nuovi impianti o implementazioni di impianti esistenti; Mantiene sotto controllo la correttezza del processo interno di nitrurazione dei componenti make (alberi motore) tramite la verifica dei risultati delle analisi sui campioni di riferimento; Utilizza e mantiene efficienti tramite un adeguato piano di manutenzione gli strumenti; Compila report di analisi; Si interfaccia in autonomia con i clienti interni e i fornitori per chiarimenti/richieste su analisi di laboratorio e per il buon funzionamento delle attrezzature.     Requisiti specifici: Laurea in Ingegneria dei Materiali indirizzo metallurgico o Scienze dei Materiali indirizzo metallurgico; Esperienza di almeno 6 mesi in un laboratorio di prova e di misura; Orientamento alla sintesi nella preparazione dei risultati delle analisi (reportistica efficace); Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata; Riconoscimento della logica cliente-fornitore; Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office.   Luogo di lavoro: Modena
