Principali attività:
Gestire e dirigere le attività relative ad Assicurazione Qualità, R&D e qualità fornitori;

Garantire, negli stabilimenti, l’efficacia ed efficienza dei controlli e delle attività di collaudo e della costante rilevazione e misurazione della qualità dei materiali e dei prodotti provenienti dai fornitori;
Gestire il manuale di Assicurazione Qualità interno, definendo, formalizzando e diffondendo all’interno dell’azienda i Master dei Piani di Controllo Qualità e delle procedure operative; le specifiche di accettazione dei materiali e di processo; le norme interne e gli standard internazionali riguardanti la qualità;
Coordinare le attività per garantire la conformità e la coerenza del sistema di Gestione Aziendale per la Qualità alla norma UNI EN ISO 9001 nell’ottica del miglioramento continuo;
Fornire le elaborazioni richieste dalla Direzione Generale per la valutazione delle prestazioni qualitative di fornitori e reparti produttivi, segnalando i risultati delle verifiche ispettive e proponendo eventuali azioni correttive;
Collaborare con la funzione dedicate nello sviluppo dei fornitori delle materie prime e dei prodotti in riferimento alla qualità, per gli stabilimenti italiani e le filiali estere;
Collaborare con Industrializzazione, Direzione Tecnica e Direzione Operations nelle attività per la validazione dei nuovi processi ed il corretto trasferimento della produzione nelle filiali estere, per quanto riguarda la qualità del prodotto e dei processi;
Collaborare con Operations e Industrializzazione nella definizione e realizzazione di nuove soluzioni impiantistiche;
Interfacciarsi con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte, nella definizione dei programmi di training su tematiche di Qualità per lo sviluppo delle competenze delle diverse aree aziendali.
Competenze e requisiti richiesti:
Consolidata esperienza internazionale di almeno 7/8 anni come Quality Manager di più stabilimenti maturata presso realtà industriali complesse, preferibilmente del settore Automotive o del Bianco;
Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, dei Materiali, Gestionale;

La Risorsa si occuperà di gestire le risorse del Laboratorio Materiali (persone, strumentazione e budget) e coordinare la pianificazione delle attività dell’area Polimeri riconoscendo le corrette priorità. Avrà la responsabilità di coordinare la consulenza tecnica che il Laboratorio dedica ai vari enti aziendali nell’ambito dei materiali polimerici e compositi e loro trattamenti/rivestimenti/incollaggi.
Responsabilità principali:
Coordina le persone dell’area Polimeri individuando i piani operativi settimanali delle attività, in base alle priorità.
