We are looking for the BUSINESS UNIT CONTROLLER.  Main responsibilities:   Managing all finance processes of the division in full alignment with group policies and supporting Business financial decisions by developing and monitoring policies and procedures.  Evaluating and enhancing financial controls on a number of processes, from transfer pricing application to cash flow optimization, etc. ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems  Acting as a business partner to Divisional BU Directors on financial and operating results, KPIs, budgets and strategic plans  Analyzing and interpreting balance sheets, income statements and cash flow.  Managing with BU Controllers the preparation of financial reporting on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis and related financial analysis and KPI’s needed to manage the business  Supporting the review and analysis of annual budgets and strategic plans as well as monthly forecasts in coordination with Financial Planning Manager  Maximizing returns on excess cash balances and improving closing and reporting cycles  Coordinating and recording investments.  Overseeing financial and accounting staff and analyzing profit center performance metrics.  Main requirements and qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.  A Master's degree with a focus on corporate financial management is preferred.  At least 10 years' experience as a BU / Corporate Controller or similar  Advanced competency in financial management and ERP / accounting software, such SAP and reporting tools such as Hyperion or BOPC   In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and industry regulations.  Extensive experience in Controlling (within a project accounting background), auditing, and performance management.  Superb organizational and time management abilities.  Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.  Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and teams.  A strong ability to manage and comply with strict deadlines.  Fluency in English.  Availability to travel to the US frequently.  Job location:  Milan, Italy   

For an important company leader in Luxury Goods we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer based in Romania.  The company recently opened a factory near Sibiu.  In the role the candidate will manage the plant (500 employees), coordinate plant functions, lead the management team, through high knowledge of management, processes, continuous improvement and organizational best practices.  The role involves defining investments to improve company results, sharing budgets and achieved results with the corporate office; in addition defining strategies for the factory in Romania in order to optimize fixed costs and increase profitability. For a multinational operating in the fashion sector, we are seeking a FInancial Statement Manager. Responsibilities: Reporting and Coordination: Report to the Corporate Reporting Director and coordinate various phases of the financial closing process, including Monthly, Quarterly, Year-end, Budget, and Forecasts Consolidated closing. Ensure accuracy of data input into both group Managerial and Statutory reporting systems, aligning with the accounting system. Financial Reporting: Produce and ensure accuracy of all externally relevant financial reports including balance sheets, cash flows, and mandatory reports for statistical purposes. Data Analysis and Collaboration: Collaborate with all departments of the Financial office for monthly data analysis. Audit Coordination: Coordinate the collection of data requested by audit firms and serve as the primary internal reference for consolidated financial statements within the company.
