Reporting to the BU Manager, and acting as a business partner, she/he will be responsible for the following activities for the Company:
- management of corporate obligations fulfillments required by Italian corporate law, liaising with legal advisors;
- supervision of corporate obligations of Subsidiaries, liaising with local professionals;
- preparation of the Board of Directors and Shareholders meetings minutes of FET Group companies;
- support in preparation of the materials to be discussed in the Board of Directors and Shareholders meetings of FET Group companies;
- drafting of notarial power of attorneys granted by FET Group companies;
- management of companies Certified Emails;
- management of anti money laundering, antimafia documentation;
- management of corporate documentation connected to participation in public and private tenders;
- organization of internal meetings and management of relations with the Board of Statutory Auditors of FET Group companies;
- preparation of accounting and corporate documentation for signature by the legal representatives of FET Group companies;
- supporting activities in projects of the FET administration department.
The Person is Responsible for:
- compliance with the deadlines connected to the corporate obligations required by law (filing of appointments of Directors, Board of Statutory Auditors, auditing firm, financial statements);
- updating the corporate books of FET Group Italian companies.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics/Law, with an experience of 2/3 years to fill the role with adequate skills:
- Strong knowledge of Italian corporate legislation (legal obligations);
- knowledge of the powers granted to the directors and attorneys of the Group companies;
- organization of deadlines;
- precision and accuracy.
Proven business partnering attitude, ability to work under tight deadlines, proactivity, flexibility, team working, communication and results orientation complete the profile.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a basic requirement.

Direct cooperation with a team of colleagues responsible for the other areas of Guest Experience (Meet & Greet, Hospitality, F&B, Housekeeping, HR, ).
