Manufacturing Engineer
Reporting Line: China General Manager
Location: Pinghu (Jiaxing), China
We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer. This role involves close collaboration with the
engineering team at headquarters in NA, focusing on innovative project development, quality
improvement, and efficiency enhancement.
Responsibilities
Design and Development:
Develop and refine manufacturing processes for power equipment.
Collaboration with Departments:
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including process designs, improvement plans, and
quality reports.
Provide regular updates and reports to management and the HQ engineering team.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A
Master's degree is a plus.
5-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the power equipment
manufacturing industry.

For a multinational company operating in packaging sector, we are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOOD & BEVERAGE ITALY AND EMEA AREA Main activities and responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive and aligned business development plan, for the assigned portfolio and end market. Maximize business opportunities across the multiple product categories (mainly in food & Beverage) and the respective manufacturing plants. Identify the market needs of the region introducing new product development opportunities to cover potential market gaps if necessary. Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key customers, market players, internal and external stakeholders. Work with MKTG, Sales Manager food & Beverage and Sales director to understand and deliver internal business requirements, produce effective MKTG campaigns and maximize the tools available for prospection. Connect with teams in the associated manufacturing plants, especially Lodi Plant. CRM reporting and monitoring to plan key sales actions in short, mid and long therm. Participate to the cross functional meetings with the manufacturing plants to facilitate communication, influence key decisions and maximize business opportunities. Build sales budget for the region together with the sales directors to plan and deliver sales growth on annual basis. Visit regularly key customers and prospects (target business trips around 50% of the time) Complete strategic account plans in CRM and deliver it Renew and establish new customer contract agreements for key business opportunities. Qualifications, personal and technical skills Past experiences in the same role, minimum five years. Bachelor’s engineering degree/technical matters or at least 10 years strong technical background/experience. Knowledge of food & beverage Market and key actors (fillers, customers). Manage Price List for Raw Materials, Accessories, Operations. Negotiate Costs for Raw Materials, Accessories, Operations. Analyze costs finish product. Analyze incidence costs of components. Estimate in advance costs and alternative scenarios. Collaboration with industrialization team to find constructive alternative. Collaboration with merchandising and development team to find solution and respect target margins. Check and analysis of cost sheet of finish product received from the suppliers ( woman and man collection for all categories). Maintaining Cost Accounting System PLM. Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports. Qualifications and Skills: BS Degree in Engineering (preferred) 10 years of experience processing plastics materials with at least five years experience in a supervising / managing role. Previous experience managing production / operations at a manufacturing / transforming company specializing in semi-finished plastics products, for the medical and electronics industries as preferred.
