For a multinationa company in beverage sector, we are looking for a talented person who will ensure growth in revenue, volume and range across Italy, by leading the negotiations and working towards true partnerships to increase the long-term value growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Playing a leading role in driving the best Trade negotiations to step change and overachieve the annual sales targets and implement a robust business strategy across the assigned 40 wholesalers (Top customers)
  • Build Joint business plans with the customers to drive the growth of the area and ensure a relevant and consistent year by year growth of the full portfolio cross the 3 categories (Beer, Soft drinks, Energy drinks)
  • Drive the terms & conditions covering multi beverage strategy
  • Develop, introduce and grow brand sales within the assigned customers, provided also with full P&L that not only ensures the achievement of our key commercial metrics, but also the focus on our partners and consumers
  • Ensure effective implementation of the 4D’s
  • Work closely with the National sell-out team, Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and succeed in the B6
  • Understand customers’ & trade evolution & trends, competitors’ activities and moves and timely suggest actions to further grow our products portfolio performance and profitability
  • Ensure that customers-trade issues are properly considered across the various components of the business
  • Ensure the most accurate sales forecast per SKU/customer
  • Drive the growth of the channel, increasing our innovations’ distribution, succeeding in new consumption occasions, and entering new geographical areas and key towns (B4)
  • Propose Ideas to the On Trade Director for the business development program based on the customer needs.

Education and experience requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as Senior Key Account Manager or Sales Manager in best in class FMCG company, with proven execution results in the Trade
  • Provenience from the beverage industry is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Best negotiation skills
  • Strong reputation and penetration high-level network in the OOH beverage market
  • Ambitious and results driven, ensure that all the challenges are met
