For a Multinational Company we are looking for a:  GROUP INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER Mission: Standardization, development and management of the industrial accounting processes, cost controlling methodologies, industrial Report and KPIs. Lead the Operating Cost analysis and the industrial controlling activities of the divisional industrial controllers (hoses & fitting) and of the local plant controllers. Manage the monthly closing and the Bdgt and 3YP processes. Work in team with the MD (Manufacturing Division) Management in the development of the main manufacturing projects; preparation of the industrial & financial analysis related to these. Be proactive in defining efficiency plans with the aim to increase the profitability and the competitiveness of the MD. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the production teams to increase productivity and cost controlling within the manufacturing operations. Ensuring the implementation and standardization of the most modern industrial cost controlling methodologies and procedures; guarantee the highest possible quality of the industrial and KPIs reporting. Manage the Product Costing processes (STD cost; ACTUAL costs; variance analysis). Ensure the respect of due date for monthly closing. Capex analysis ensuring good control on cash out for tangible and intangible assets with strong control on appropriation request approval flow. Stock analysis and obsolescence risk control. Lead the Budgeting and Forecasting activities in full compliance with the instruction defined at Corporate level. Experiences: Industrial accounting background in multinational industrial organization. Deep knowledge of the production processes in complex industrial environments. Deep experience in product costing, stock evaluation, operating cost analysis, variance analysis, project management, etc. Good financial and economics skill. Leadership in the management of multi-cultural and multinational teams. Involvement in high-level strategic decision and capability to work with Executive Senior Managers. Key competences: Strong results oriented in day-to-day management skills and strong analytical and decision-making skills. Demonstrated operational leadership. Ability to motivate and build teams and to work with teams and lead decision-making processes in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels. Responsibilities: Reporting and Coordination: Report to the Corporate Reporting Director and coordinate various phases of the financial closing process, including Monthly, Quarterly, Year-end, Budget, and Forecasts Consolidated closing. Ensure accuracy of data input into both group Managerial and Statutory reporting systems, aligning with the accounting system. Financial Reporting: Produce and ensure accuracy of all externally relevant financial reports including balance sheets, cash flows, and mandatory reports for statistical purposes. Data Analysis and Collaboration: Collaborate with all departments of the Financial office for monthly data analysis. Audit Coordination: Coordinate the collection of data requested by audit firms and serve as the primary internal reference for consolidated financial statements within the company. Internal Controls: Implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. Accounting Standards: Collaborate with General Accounting to identify correct accounting representation according to international accounting principles. Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide financial reports and ad hoc presentations as required. IFRS16 Compliance: Oversee backup calculation and subsequent accounting under IFRS16 principles. Skills: Education and Experience: Master's degree in economics-related disciplines with 5-8 years of work experience. Accounting Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, consolidation processes, and principles. Finance Processes: Familiarity with finance processes within multinational groups. For a prestigious multinational Automotive company, we are looking for a: LEAD ENGINEER POWER ELECTRONICS The candidate will work in the area of advanced engineering for Power Inverter development in the range of 50-300 kW. Areas of expertise will include Power semiconductor technology, power device packaging and thermal management, Gate drive circuits, SMPS, DC bus capacitance and EMC filters.
