Inserito/a all’interno della divisione FASHION&RETAIL/CONSUMER GOODS, la risorsa, a supporto di un senior Consultant, si occuperà della gestione di progetti di ricerca e selezione del personale.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
analisi del fabbisogno del cliente, pubblicazione annunci e caccia diretta attraverso i diversi portali a disposizione; screening CV e interviste telefoniche; colloqui de visu e via video; stesura di report; preparazione profili dei candidati finalisti da presentare all’azienda; aggiornamento costante del gestionale interno; presidio di tutto il processo di selezione fino al monitoraggio dei candidati post assunzione.
Requisiti richiesti:
Laurea in Psicologia; esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni nel ruolo all’interno di società di Head Hunting o azienda. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative; attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi; team spirit; digital attitude;

For a multinational company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a Head of Global Commercial & Sales Controlling, reporting to the Group Administration, Control & Indirect Procurement Director and partnering Commercial function, leading all commercial controlling aspects, for all the markets where the Company operates, and for all the sales channels (Direct Retail, Franchising, Wholesale, Ecommerce, Licensing). Principali attività e responsabilità: Supportare la Funzione Commerciale nel contatto col cliente, anche attraverso visite congiunte.
