The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility departments.
Main responsibilities:

• Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance);
• Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force;
• Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets;
• Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse;
• Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements;
• Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employer.
Main requirements:
- Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- At least 7 Years of experience in managerial roles in Production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility Management in automotive sector or in multinational industrial components companies;
- Process Development/Manufacturing operations Maintenance & facility management;
- Knowledge of ISO Safety and Environment and IATF normative, Environmental and Safety legal requirements and WCM or other Lean Methodologies;
- Solid knowledge of QA net. PFMEA, PCP, WI, PPAP procedures;
- Solid knowledge of Maintenance processes in terms of TPM, AM and PM;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English;
