Caratteristiche personali e competenze tecniche:
Esperienza consolidata di almeno 10 anni nella gestione di siti produttivi, necessariamente maturata presso gruppi industriali evoluti appartenenti preferibilmente al settore automotive
Conoscenza approfondita delle metodologie di Lean Manufacturing e, preferibilmente, dei processi di assemblaggio

Mission:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the manufacturing process in two plants.
Coordinates the two manufacturing plants' short-term and long-term planning, KPIs, and operating procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

Production management and knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement, quality controls and management, industrial logistics flows, machine installation, process engineering, and improvement.
