Perform design activities to achieve cost-effectiveness between quality, design, and production in accordance with engineering and design standards. Create and assist in the creation of bills of materials. Support the development of production/manufacturing in our facility. We are interested in hiring candidates with: A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or similar fields. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within the electromechanical sector in household appliances and/or coffee machines or similar. A good knowledge of CAD/SolidWorks/PDM with related product lifecycle management (PLM) and MRO/ERP (Data management) systems. Experience with CEI EN 60335-X standards. Familiarity with R&D product development methods. A solution-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Location: Trieste

Month, quarter and year-end closure activities / actual results against budget-forecast-PY / P&L analysis. Prepare budget and rolling forecast according to local / central requirements. Assure overall financial performance with expectations. Continuous improvement project analysis. Ensure ongoing proper transactions and controls are in place in the facility so that accurate costing and profit analysis can be performed. Data collection and analysis maintenance. Mission of the role Ensure operational results in terms of productivity and efficiency, managing the correct definition of both operating standards and process developments, and implementing suitable actions with the stakeholders (partners, suppliers, and corporate functions) to achieve the objectives of product availability (Apparel, Footwear, Leather Goods, and Accessories) for the entire distribution (Retail, E-commerce, and LBE channels).
