The profile we are looking for will work with the head of the R&D department to create new products and designs, review existing ones, and provide support for installation through the writing of technical documentation.
Main responsibilities:
Fully understand customer requests in terms of content, performance, quality, reliability, engineering standards, requirements, and dimensional limitations, etc.
Share and develop technical knowledge and skills while collaborating with our customers.
Develop and verify the feasibility of costs and the reliability of mechanical product designs using CAD tools.
Support design for manufacturing (DFM).
Prepare technical reports and presentations.
Provide design support during the post-production phase.
Provide guidance and technical support for resolving interdepartmental and customer-related issues, as required.
Perform design activities to achieve cost-effectiveness between quality, design, and production in accordance with engineering and design standards.
Create and assist in the creation of bills of materials.
Support the development of production/manufacturing in our facility.
We are interested in hiring candidates with:
A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or similar fields.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within the electromechanical sector in household appliances and/or coffee machines or similar.
A good knowledge of CAD/SolidWorks/PDM with related product lifecycle management (PLM) and MRO/ERP (Data management) systems.
Experience with CEI EN 60335-X standards.
Familiarity with R&D product development methods.
A solution-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global CIO / IT Director to lead the company’s global IT and digital agenda. JOB PURPOSE The role will work in envisioning, defining, and implementing applications and systems, user experience, data integrations, and predictive analytics.
