Per un nostro cliente, azienda leader nella produzione di gelatina e di collagene idrolizzato per il settore Food, Pharma e Cosmetico, ricerchiamo un/una Responsabile Amministrativo Riportando direttamente al CFO e gestendo un team di 5 risorse,  sarà responsabile per le seguenti aree di attività: Fatturazione attiva/passiva Gestione degli adempimenti IVA / fiscali Esterometro Intrastat Contabilità in partita doppia, fino al bilancio (no deposito bilancio) Quadratura dei conti DA/AV Cespiti Controlli di magazzino Interfaccia con il commercialista Il/La candidato/a ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti: Diploma o Laurea universitaria in Economia o Finanza; Esperienza almeno di 3 anni in primaria società di revisione e successiva esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di responsabile dell’amministrazione di azienda strutturata produttiva, con gestione di un team di almeno 4/5 HC; Conoscenza adempimenti fiscali (non importante il calcolo delle imposte che invece sarà demandato al consulente esterno); Capacità di sviluppare ed affinare le procedure di chiusura del bilancio (tesoreria, vendite incassi, acquisti pagamenti, valorizzazioni del magazzino e calcolo dei costi medi); Conoscenza di adeguati pacchetti software di contabilità (AS400 sw attualmente in uso); Conoscenza dei principi contabili IAS/IFRS; Conoscenza lingua inglese; Buone capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione a tutti i livelli aziendali. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global CIO / IT Director to lead the company’s global IT and digital agenda.  JOB PURPOSE The role will work in envisioning, defining, and implementing applications and systems, user experience, data integrations, and predictive analytics. The role will be in charge of the development and maintenance of IT solutions for the company by working with different stakeholders in order to optimize business process efficiency and implement enhancements to internal business processes as well as managing successfully the ERP implementation to ensure that integrated data flows from ERP and production systems support comprehensive business intelligence dashboards, KPI monitoring, and predictive analytics initiatives.
