Analyze the current maintenance management system and implement improvement plans. Continuous improvement: Promote the continuous improvement of the maintenance and production organization in terms of productivity, adopting the necessary strategies for a correct management of production and maintenance costs and resources. Feasibility: Identify & recommend improvement opportunities and work on implementing improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements. Innovation: Evaluate new technologies and new processes to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, supporting the team in testing activities, approval criteria and external provider choices. Develop new production and maintenance processes. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of products and reduction of maintenance downtime.
