Per Gruppo multinazionale leader nel suo settore, stiamo cercando un/una ANALISTA FUNZIONALE (AREA FINANCE & CONTROLLING) La risorsa, inserita all'interno del Reparto IT e riportando direttamente al responsabile di riferimento, si occuperà di: Principali attività e responsabilità Reperire i dati dal gestionale aziendale, analizzare e controllare scostamenti in ambito costi industriali, contabilità analitica, controllo di gestione, contabilità generale, cespiti e budget. Svolgere attività di monitoraggio dei trend e delle varianze rispetto all’atteso. Contribuire all’analisi richiesta dalle diverse divisioni in ambito finance. Fornire supporto alla redazione del reporting aziendale, garantendo tempestività ed accuratezza. Creare e sviluppare modelli di analisi per individuare tempestivamente le criticità del dato. Gestione di progetti a livello Gruppo coordinandosi con key user di Gruppo sui diversi stabilimenti, in Italia e all’estero, e il Team sviluppo ERP, con un focus sull’area Finance & Controlling. Requisiti Il candidato ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti: Buona conoscenza delle tematiche di controlling. Ottima padronanza degli applicativi Office. Conoscenza di X3 (sage) o di ERP equivalenti. Conoscenza  SQL e preferibilmente di strumenti di BI. Laurea in ingegneria gestionale o discipline economico/statistiche.  Pregressa esperienza di almeno quattro/cinque anni nel ruolo, maturata preferibilmente in aziende manifatturiere e/o in società di consulenza (seguendo progetti per clienti manifatturieri). Precisione, capacità di analisi, un carattere estroverso e versatile. Attitudine al problem solving e orientamento al risultato. Capacità di lavorare in team e doti relazionali. Analyze the current maintenance management system and implement improvement plans. Continuous improvement: Promote the continuous improvement of the maintenance and production organization in terms of productivity, adopting the necessary strategies for a correct management of production and maintenance costs and resources. Feasibility: Identify & recommend improvement opportunities and work on implementing improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements. Innovation: Evaluate new technologies and new processes to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, supporting the team in testing activities, approval criteria and external provider choices. Posizione Aperta: Responsabile Operativo Stiamo ricercando una figura professionale  per la gestione operativa di importanti autorimesse situate nel comune di Milano. Il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile del coordinamento delle attività quotidiane, interfacciandosi con il personale operativo di ciascun garage, il reparto amministrativo e l'amministrazione del personale. La posizione prevede un rapporto diretto con il Consiglio di Amministrazione e un'elevata autonomia nell'attuazione delle decisioni aziendali. Principali responsabilità: Coordinare l’operatività di 4/5 strutture di autorimesse, assicurando una gestione efficiente dei turni di lavoro e del personale (ciascuna autorimessa comprende un capo garage e operatori di cassa). Pianificare e gestire le manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie delle strutture, garantendo il corretto svolgimento delle attività programmate. Supervisionare il flusso di informazioni per la gestione amministrativa e contabile, inclusi abbonamenti, corrispettivi, casse automatiche e sistemi POS. Requisiti richiesti: Esperienza di 5/10 anni in ruoli operativi e di gestione del personale. Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi informativi del settore, tra cui moduli Telepass, software per la gestione dei corrispettivi e abbonamenti, e interfacce con software contabili. Selezionare componenti e elaborare soluzioni tecniche finalizzate al design di circuiti elettronici, di potenza e di segnale. Gestire in autonomia il laboratorio di lavorazione hardware per interventi di riparazione o modifica delle centraline. Assicurare la ricerca di soluzioni a eventuali anomalie, per la parte elettronica, sui prototipi prodotti internamente a fronte di segnalazioni provenienti dai Clienti.
