Our Clinet is a leading industrial company in the premium food sector, with a strong international presence and a culture built on innovation, quality, and sustainable growth.

As part of their ongoing global expansion, the CEO is seeking to onboard a high-potential young professional to work closely alongside him in both strategic and operational activities. The goal is to develop a future managerial leader within the organization through direct exposure to top management and hands-on experience.

Role Overview

The position is an integral part of the Office of the CEO, a strategic function that supports the General Management in executing key projects and initiatives.

The selected candidate will work in close contact with the CEO, contributing to cross-functional projects involving production, R&D, operations, supply chain, commercial, marketing, and international development areas.

This role requires constant proximity to the CEO, both at headquarters and during frequent business trips, ensuring operational support, project follow-up, and priority management.

It represents a long-term development path for a curious, ambitious, and determined individual who wants to learn first-hand the dynamics of managing a complex, international industrial group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO in managing daily activities and strategic company projects
  • Participate in operational and strategic meetings, preparing summaries, reports, and action plans
  • Accompany the CEO on business trips and meetings with partners, clients, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and monitor progress of cross-functional initiatives
  • Prepare analyses and presentations to support decision-making
  • Interact with different business areas to ensure alignment and project consistency

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (plus Mechanical Engineering)
  • At least 2 years of experience in structured, modern industrial organizations
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently abroad, mainly to North America
  • Strong analytical mindset, pragmatism, and initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexibility, resilience, and genuine curiosity toward business and industrial processes
  • Strong motivation to pursue a long-term managerial growth path within an international environment
