The purpose of this job is to set-up the supply chain controlling and support the local management through initiatives aiming at optimizing our costs and deploying best practices.
The position encompasses various topics and requires becoming the business partner for the Supply chain Function.

For a Multinational Company we are looking for a: GROUP INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER Mission: Standardization, development and management of the industrial accounting processes, cost controlling methodologies, industrial Report and KPIs. Lead the Operating Cost analysis and the industrial controlling activities of the divisional industrial controllers (hoses & fitting) and of the local plant controllers. Manage the monthly closing and the Bdgt and 3YP processes. Manage the Product Costing processes (STD cost; ACTUAL costs; variance analysis). Ensure the respect of due date for monthly closing. Capex analysis ensuring good control on cash out for tangible and intangible assets with strong control on appropriation request approval flow. Stock analysis and obsolescence risk control. Lead the Budgeting and Forecasting activities in full compliance with the instruction defined at Corporate level. Experiences: Industrial accounting background in multinational industrial organization. Deep knowledge of the production processes in complex industrial environments. Deep experience in product costing, stock evaluation, operating cost analysis, variance analysis, project management, etc. Good financial and economics skill. Leadership in the management of multi-cultural and multinational teams. Involvement in high-level strategic decision and capability to work with Executive Senior Managers.
