For a prestigious Italian multinational group, leader in the food sector, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Innovation Manager to drive innovation, specifically focusing on the Global out of home channel.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer and trade/customer insights, coupled with a strategic mindset to lead end-to-end projects that deliver step changes in our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • OOH Channel Vision Mapping: Support the vision of the OOH channel by identifying key pillars and opportunities for innovation to enhance market positioning and competitiveness.
  • Consumer and Customer Centric Approach: Utilize comprehensive insights from both consumer and trade perspectives to deliver strategies and decisions that align with market demands and trends.
  • Roadmap Management and Maintenance: Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for innovation projects, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resources required for successful execution.
  • End-to-End Project Responsibility: Manage projects from concept to point of sales activation. Collaborate with stakeholders across I&D, Finance, Sales, and Supply to create the next generation of products for the company.
  • Project Budget Management: Efficiently manage project budgets, ensuring projects are financially viable and contribute positively to overall business performance.
  • Participation in Fairs/Events: Represent the company at relevant fairs and events, network with industry stakeholders, and stay abreast of market developments and emerging trends.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in innovation management within the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
    • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation and business growth.
    • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
