HEAD OF DISC QUALITY ASSURANCE Scopo e finalità della posizione Garantire la corretta applicazione della metodologia di sviluppo all’interno delle piattaforme durante la pianificazione ed esecuzione dei nuovi progetti, nonché assicurare una costante interfaccia per il Cliente attivando processi di Problem Solving e fornendo indirizzo alle Qualità di Stabilimento per gli aspetti di impatto sulla soddisfazione del Cliente stesso. Aree di risultato/attività principali - Garantisce, anche interfacciandosi con il Cliente, la corretta applicazione della metodologia di sviluppo all’interno delle piattaforme sia durante la pianificazione ed esecuzione dei nuovi progetti sia gestendo le modifiche di progettazione in serie, in ottica di miglioramento continuo; - Assicura una costante interfaccia per il Cliente attivando processi di Problem Solving e fornendo indirizzo agli Enti interessati per gli aspetti di impatto sulla soddisfazione del Cliente stesso, in ottica di massimizzazione della customer satisfaction, sia per Km 0, sia per la rete; - Assicura la produzione di reporting periodici sugli indicatori di qualità della GBU (trend / obiettivi, principali criticità, cause, azioni correttive); - Assicura la standardizzazione di cicli e delle modalità operative dei vari siti produttivi della GBU, attraverso l’estensione delle “best practices” che ciascun sito è in grado di esprimere; - Garantisce l’applicazione delle procedure del Sistema Qualità; - E' il riferimento Product Safety Conformity Representative (PSCR) per la parte di propria competenza rappresentando anche il PSCR interfacciandosi con il cliente secondo la procedura vigente.
For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE & FACILITY MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility departments. Main responsibilities: • Ensure the management of comprensorial assets in terms of Safety and efficiency; • Provide the smooth operational maintenance and preventive maintenance in compliance with the relevant regulations and legal requirements; • Ensure and coordinate the Production Engineering Areas in the whole Plant for the existing products and assure a smooth new product introduction of the new projects • Define and manage investments for safety, environment, facility, building and cost reduction projects; • Define and manage the plant's Annual Capex and define the annual Expences in accordance with the Area Heads, EHS Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, monitoring its progress; • Ensure the monitoring of all Maintenance KPI's of the different Technology Areas as well as maintenance cost reduction KPI's; • Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance); • Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force; • Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets; • Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse; • Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements; • Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employer. Main requirements: - Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering; - At least 7 Years of experience in managerial roles in Production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility Management in automotive sector or in multinational industrial components companies; - Process Development/Manufacturing operations Maintenance & facility management; - Knowledge of ISO Safety and Environment and IATF normative, Environmental and Safety legal requirements and WCM or other Lean Methodologies; - Solid knowledge of QA net.
