For a prestigious multinational group, we are looking for a:   MAINTENANCE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT – CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT EXPERT The Maintenance Subject Matter Expert is a member of the central Head Quarter Continuous Improvement Team inside Manufacturing Function, which coordinates and supports the Company Manufacturing Excellence worldwide. Main objective is the development and successful implementation system, with focus on the continuous improvement of the maintenance, to achieve significant cost savings, improve the reliability and uptime of the machinery, the management of spare parts and the efficiency of the maintenance organization.   Main responsibilities Developing and maintaining the standards and methods related to the Professional and Autonomous Maintenance improvement stream and creating the associated training material. Serving as a trainer about Maintenance standards and improvement methods inside the Company Academy, in order to create an adequate level of competence in the Head Quarter and in the Factories. Providing the necessary support to the Plant Directors, Maintenance stream leaders and improvement teams inside the factories, in order to successfully implement the standards and methods according to the Company System Road Map, also through dedicated missions on site. Identifying good practices, together with the Stream leaders in the factories and promoting their implementation in other factories, whenever convenient. Monitoring the progress of PMS implementation and projects achievements. Serving as an assessor during the audits, regularly performed in the factories. Has a technical background, reinforced by shop-floor practice, that will enable creative and cost-effective solutions applying the Maintenance improvement principles. Is a leader in the implementation of the continuous improvement system worldwide, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization. Develops an adequate level of competence about the Company organization, production process to support the successful implementation and the results of the continuous improvement as a whole. Technical and Soft Skills At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a significative experience in maintenance management. Master's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management. Fluency in English, other languages such as: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Chinese, are considered a plus. Sound understanding of Manufacturing Improvement Systems. Sound understanding of the Professional and Autonomous Maintenance improvement methods. Ability to work in international teams. Travelling flexibility.   Location: Milan

Principali responsabilità del ruolo: Definizione di piani e strategie per il corretto funzionamento dei flussi di logistica in ottica di soddisfacimento delle esigenze di business e dei piani di produzione. Gestione dei flussi di approvvigionamento verso i magazzini aziendali, del controllo qualità in accettazione, nonché della movimentazione materiali verso le baie produttive, nei modi e nei tempi, previsti dai piani di produzione. Gestione delle spedizioni delle commesse aziendali per società clienti Europee ed Extra-Europee, assicurando i tempi di consegna previsti dai programmi aziendali. Si richiede una conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese.   L’Azienda Cliente è in grado di offrire un inquadramento in linea con le caratteristiche del profilo.   As an IT supporter your daily responsibilities will be to swiftly and in a structured manner handle inquiries from your local coworkers at the Milan offices, and once a week you will have the opportunity to visit the production site . You will solve problems ranging from CAPS LOCK during login to more complex issues related to mobile phones, PCs or tablets used by the business. But you will also train your colleagues on how to use their tools in the most efficient way to solve their daily tasks. You will be fully supported and trained by your international colleagues from either headquarters in Denmark, or from IT colleagues all around Europe. You will join the IT Service Delivery department , where you will also have possibility for personal growth and technical sparring. The IT platform is based on Microsoft 365 and we expect you to have a high level of experience with troubleshooting the applications within this portfolio, such as Outlook, Teams and OneNote. The production platform is SAP based, so some experience with the SAP products is a plus, but not a requirement, as it is fully supported from HQ. Some experience with Cisco networks and Windows Server is required. Daily tasks - Handle inquiries from colleagues when their IT is creating problems - Prepare PCs and phones for new colleagues - Guide users about processes and how to use the Microsoft 365 applications - Work with colleagues in the company HQ and escalate if necessary - Order new hardware and manage local software licenses Skills required - High level of written and oral English - Fluent in Italian - Relevant Microsoft certifications or training is preferable such as for Windows 10, Microsoft 365 - Good understanding of ITIL processes or relevant certifications/trainings - Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both technical and non-technical - A high level of patience and a service mindset - A good sense of humour and a structured approach to work Availability to travel 1/2 days per week

For an important multinational company operating in Automotive sector, we are looking for a: PROCESS INJECTION TECHNOLOGIST Reporting to the Plant Process Engineering Manager, he/she will ensure that moulds, dies and tooling’s are at the disposal of the plant when needed by giving technical know-how and expertise in this area.   Main activities and responsibilities: Prepare all the documentation of new moulds. Define process parameters for new moulds. Assure that project target of scrap effectiveness are achieved for new moulds. Supervise technically the repair of the existing moulds. Train and to give technical support to the Moulds Teams when necessary. Guarantee the fulfilment of the Health and Safety policies and procedures in his area of responsibility. Report to the Production Manager about his activity, as well as on new deficiencies detected in moulds, dies and tooling, etc. Report the Production Manager about his performance indicators of its supervised area. Actively cooperate with the Department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment   Technical and personal skills: High School Degree. Minimum 5 years in a similar position. Aesthetical products evaluation skills. Functional products evaluation skills. Identification of problems' sources. Know-how on plastic materials. Il nostro Cliente, primario gruppo multinazionale operante nel settore automotive per il suo Plant produttivo in Provincia di Avellino ricerca un/una:   Responsabile Tecnologie e Impianti   Descrizione della posizione: La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Plant Manager, avrà la responsabilità di coordinare tutte le attività tecnologiche del Plant nonché le attività di manutenzione dei processi produttivi e degli impianti generali.   Nello specifico si occuperà di coordinare le seguenti attività: Supportare le attività di industrializzazione e creazione dei cicli di lavoro per i componenti prodotti; Garantire gli avviamenti produttivi per i nuovi prodotti secondo le tempistiche, i costi e i requisiti di qualità previsti; Gestire il team di manutenzione coordinando il personale e le attività; Gestire il team Tecnologie al fine del raggiungimento e mantenimento degli standard di qualità, produttività ed efficienza; In collaborazione con l’Ente Health & Safety, gestire le attività necessarie al corretto funzionamento degli impianti e al rispetto delle normative di legge; Promuovere le iniziative di miglioramento continuo e riduzione degli sprechi in ottica Lean Production; Predisporre il budget annuale ed il relativo monitoraggio; Promuovere il coinvolgimento, la crescita e la formazione del personale.   Competenze e requisiti richiesti:   Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o similare; Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito tecnologie e/o impianti in aziende produttive metalmeccaniche; Conoscenza dei processi di lavorazione e trattamento alluminio, stampaggio, montaggio e lavorazioni materiale plastico; Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese; Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di Lean Production e Project Management; Ottime capacità di problem solving, proattività e flessibilità; Forte orientamento ai risultati e gestione dello stress .  

GROUP LOGISTIC & PLANNING MANANGER. Position: The candidate will report to the Procurement & Supply Chain Director and actively participate in defining the Supply Chain group's strategy, ensuring constant support to all the company's functions.
