NEW PROJECT INDUSTRIALIZATION SPECIALIST
La risorsa, a riporto della Direzione Engineering, avrà la responsabilità end to end per il perimetro a lui/lei assegnato nell’ambito della industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti, interfacciandosi per tutti i progetti con l’Ente engineering nelle fasi iniziali di progetto (Preventivazione) per poi coordinare tutte le attività a livello di plant sia per l’approntamento delle campionature che per l’attività di maturazione e validazione processo fino alla fase di produzione di serie.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
Interfacciarsi con l’ente Engineering nelle fasi iniziali di preventivazione circa la valutazione della capacità produttiva del potenziale plant di destinazione e per progetti complessi presiede sin da subito il team con l’obiettivo di fare la verifica del ciclo produttivo e la valutazione del rischio di fornitura
Presiedere il team di plant dedicato coordinando tutte le attività necessarie per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di timing, qualità e redditività di tutti i nuovi prodotti
Assicurarsi che in base alle classi di prodotto definite le input list, le check list ed i kpi siano sempre aggiornati evidenziando in tal modo errori o ritardi con logica a semaforo (verde giallo rosso)
Verificare nell’ambito del team di progetto EMEA lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti e supportare nel risolvere eventuali conflitti interfunzionali
Gestire il processo di industrializzazione end to end
Coordinare il miglioramento dei processi con focus su learning by doing
Gestire le Best Practices in ambito processi produttivi
Standardizzare i processi produttivi in ottica di continuous improvement
REQUISITI
Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/ Gestionale
Conoscenza approfondita dei processi produttivi quali stampaggio, lavorazioni meccaniche, trattamenti termici ecc..
Conoscenza del project management come strumento di lavoro da applicare al processo di industrializzazione
Conoscenza approfondita struttura dei costi in aziende manifatturiere: costi fissi costi variabili B/C
Possibilmente avere maturato un’esperienza significativa di almeno cinque anni in ambienti automotive con certificazione ISO 9001 e se possibile IATF 16949.
Capacità di analizzare in modo logico le problematiche per arrivare alla causa radice dei problemi e di pianificare le attività connesse.
Capacità di lavorare in team polifunzionali e gestione obiettivi attraverso il project management approach.

Main responsibilities

Technical and Soft Skills
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a significative experience in maintenance management.
Master's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management.

Manage the process of purchasing from a technical, timeline and cost point of view for the Raw Materials: Leather, Fabrics, Metal Hardware, Packaging.

The figure, included in the Automation & IoT Department, reporting directly to the Division Manager, will have the following responsibilities:
To develop, in codesign with supplier during the preliminary concept of the product/project, the needed suitable automation solutions to guarantee the best balance between local labour cost and investment amount, consistently with process variable cost estimation in the offer phase
