Per importante azienda manifatturiera lusso ricerchiamo DATA SCIENTIST La figura sarà inserita all'interno del team di pianificazione della produzione e avrà il compito di  seguire lo sviluppo e l’implementazione di nuovi tool e reportistiche di pianificazione per un’analisi ottimale delle commesse di produzione e della loro fattibilità, secondo le informazioni provenienti dagli enti interni ed esterni. MISSIONE Sviluppo di strumenti informatici di analisi della domanda e della fattibilità dei lanci di produzione, sulla base delle informazioni provenienti dall’ufficio acquisti, dal magazzino materia prima e dal reparto di industrializzazione Supporto operativo ad implementazione di nuovi tool per la pianificazione Creazione e manutenzione di reportistiche per il monitoraggio della fase di (start up) avviamento delle produzioni Aggiornamento dei dati di input nei sistemi legati all’attività di pianificazione (dati di domanda, MRP) REQUISITI Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3/5 anni in area Pianificazione/Avanzamento produzione Laurea in Informatica o Ingegneria gestionale Ottima conoscenza di Excel e Access Gradita conoscenza di AS400 o del programma Stealth Gradita conoscenza di tool di pianificazione (TXT Plan o simili) Propensione al lavoro in team Attitudine ad attività analitiche Precisione, metodo Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese

Per l’azienda nostra cliente, multinazionale italiana nel settore della cantieristica navale, cerchiamo:     HR TRAINING SPECIALIST     A riporto dell’HR Director, la risorsa si occuperà di provvedere alla programmazione, erogazione e monitoraggio degli interventi di formazione per il personale dell’azienda nel rispetto delle strategie e policy aziendali.     Nello specifico si occuperà:   Raccolta dei fabbisogni formativi che saranno analizzati, valutati e approvati dal Direttore HR. Monitoraggio e Supervisione del Budget della formazione e del conto formazione di Fondimpresa e Fondirigenti. Ricerca di altre fonti di finanziamento (es. bandi pubblici ecc.). Programmazione degli interventi di formazione: predisposizione di un Piano di Formazione annuale e non. La progettazione avviene attraverso la pianificazione dei singoli interventi di formazione. Individuazione delle risorse (finanziarie, strumentali, logistiche). Le modalità di erogazione, tempi, durata. Realizzazione dei corsi di formazione: Gestione logistica, amministrativa, contabile e di rendicontazione. Appronta e verifica logistica (aule, strumenti, supporti didattici ecc.). Monitoraggio e valutazione dei risultati: Raccolta e analisi dei questionari di apprendimento. Somministrazione, raccolta e analisi dei questionari di gradimento. Gestione del processo di rendicontazione per la richiesta del rimborso in caso di utilizzo dei Fondi Interprofessionale e/o di altri Fondi di finanziamento. Aggiornamento a Success Factor della formazione effettuata da ogni dipendente e archiviazione cartacea dei documenti relativi ai corsi svolti. Purpose of the job The purpose of this job is to set-up the supply chain controlling and support the local management through initiatives aiming at optimizing our costs and deploying best practices. The position encompasses various topics and requires becoming the business partner for the Supply chain Function. Key responsibilities Create reliable relationships with relevant stakeholders to properly monitor the P&L and prepare analysis to support tactical and strategic business decisions that lead to improve service and customer satisfaction; Re-define and oversee the process of collecting and organizing analytical data with the aim of supporting operational decisions. Regularly performance variance analysis for the P&L line under his/her responsibility Support during business cases analysis Build new metrics and KPI; monitor the consistency of the data presented in the various company reports at different levels Supporting a culture of accountability, mainly focusing on the Supply Chain through the identification and analysis of key KPIs to support continuous performance improvement Ensure that SAP system is fully set-up and implemented. Prepare all required ad hoc reports and implement all changes for systems. Participate in the design phase of new supply process, supporting decision making phase producing ad hoc analysis. Requirements Master’s degree in economics / Management engineering. Master’s in Finance is a plus. Minimum 5 years’ experience as financial controller in plants/industrial areas, better if in FMCG companies. Preferably experience in set-up a new supply chain environment Business acumen with strong analytical skills and structured approach Good level of autonomy and self motivated in achieving results Ability to work in teams Advanced data analysis skills and knowledge and use of SAP/Power BI; Proficiency in Excel and MS Office package Fluency in English Availability to travel 2-3 days/week
