Gestire il budget di manutenzione annuale.
Coordinare le attività di manutenzione generale degli edifici principali e delle altre unità, garantendo l'efficienza, la funzionalità e l’igiene degli impianti, delle macchine, delle attrezzature, degli edifici e delle aree comuni
Coordinare consulenti ed appaltatori per garantire il rispetto dei codici di sicurezza antincendio e altre normative e mantenere i contatti con gli enti locali (ATS, Vigili del Fuoco)
Garantire il rispetto degli standard tecnici, delle norme e dei requisiti legali
Proporre progetti di miglioramento energetico e fornire input per le attività di ingegneria e manutenzione e implementare queste attività entro i limiti approvati.
La persona che cerchiamo ha:
Laurea ingegneria meccanica, elettronica, automazione o Diploma tecnico o perito ad indirizzo meccatronico, elettrico o meccanico.
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito manutenzione industriale (su macchinari ed automazioni) preferibilmente presso realtà strutturate del settore alimentare, farmaceutico e dei consumer goods.
Buona conoscenza della componentistica elettrica e meccanica di un impianto
