Requisiti:
- Laurea in studi umanistici o economici con 3/7 anni di esperienza come generalista HR di cui 2 trascorsi nella supervisione dei processi amministrativi e delle buste paga e 2 nel reclutamento e nella formazione, preferibilmente in una società di beni di largo consumo o in organizzazioni a conduzione commerciale - Approccio pratico con abitudine a lavorare in autonomia e a gestire tutti gli aspetti (anche quelli più operativi) - Ottime capacità interpersonali e comunicative, con grinta, tenacia, capacità di affrontare attività multitasking - Agire come modello, credere nel gioco di squadra, nella proattività e nell'atteggiamento positivo completano il profilo desiderato.

Mission of the role Ensure operational results in terms of productivity and efficiency, managing the correct definition of both operating standards and process developments, and implementing suitable actions with the stakeholders (partners, suppliers, and corporate functions) to achieve the objectives of product availability (Apparel, Footwear, Leather Goods, and Accessories) for the entire distribution (Retail, E-commerce, and LBE channels).
