Il nostro Cliente, primario gruppo multinazionale operante nel settore automotive per il suo Plant produttivo in Provincia di Avellino ricerca un/una: Responsabile Tecnologie e Impianti Descrizione della posizione: La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Plant Manager, avrà la responsabilità di coordinare tutte le attività tecnologiche del Plant nonché le attività di manutenzione dei processi produttivi e degli impianti generali. Nello specifico si occuperà di coordinare le seguenti attività: Supportare le attività di industrializzazione e creazione dei cicli di lavoro per i componenti prodotti; Garantire gli avviamenti produttivi per i nuovi prodotti secondo le tempistiche, i costi e i requisiti di qualità previsti; Gestire il team di manutenzione coordinando il personale e le attività; Gestire il team Tecnologie al fine del raggiungimento e mantenimento degli standard di qualità, produttività ed efficienza; In collaborazione con l’Ente Health & Safety, gestire le attività necessarie al corretto funzionamento degli impianti e al rispetto delle normative di legge; Promuovere le iniziative di miglioramento continuo e riduzione degli sprechi in ottica Lean Production; Predisporre il budget annuale ed il relativo monitoraggio; Promuovere il coinvolgimento, la crescita e la formazione del personale. Competenze e requisiti richiesti: Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o similare; Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito tecnologie e/o impianti in aziende produttive metalmeccaniche; Conoscenza dei processi di lavorazione e trattamento alluminio, stampaggio, montaggio e lavorazioni materiale plastico; Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese; Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di Lean Production e Project Management; Ottime capacità di problem solving, proattività e flessibilità; Forte orientamento ai risultati e gestione dello stress .
