Per un’importante realtà nostra cliente ricerchiamo un/a: AREA MANAGER FRANCHISING Con un ruolo chiave per la corretta execution della business strategy, gestirà ed assicurerà il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e del fatturato nell’area geografica Nord-Ovest, in linea con le strategie commerciali dell'azienda, coordinando e supportando il team di Vendita (Sales Team / Area Manager / District Manager). Principali aree di responsabilità: Garantire, per la rete indiretta (negozi FOS e IOS), il miglior posizionamento possibile dei negozi e negoziare con i partner di distribuzione la migliore economia, secondo le linee guida aziendali; Ottimizzazione dei risultati economici del mercato italiano Wholesale & Franchising ed implementazione delle strategie di espansione territoriale nell'area geografica assegnata; Gestione dei rapporti con Agenti di Rappresentanza in Italia: definizione obiettivi di vendita, attività di supervisione e controllo della distribuzione del marchio sul territorio nel rispetto del posizionamento del brand sul mercato; Gestione dei Key-Client Italiani: responsabile delle politiche commerciali volte al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita, delle negoziazioni e dello sviluppo delle stesse, tenendo conto delle specifiche e delle esigenze dei singoli clienti; Definizione e coordinamento delle attività di presentazione delle collezioni (“line opening”): organizzare ed accompagnare gli Agenti nella fase di Campagna Vendite, agendo da promotore della Collezione; Gestione strategica del patrimonio immobiliare attraverso i processi di acquisto, sviluppo, gestione, valorizzazione e vendita degli immobili nel rispetto della politica aziendale e del budget gestito, garantendo che la scelta dell'ubicazione dei negozi sia in linea con il posizionamento di mercato del marchio e con i criteri commerciali e urbanistici delle città; Monitoraggio, attraverso analisi dati e reportistiche, del raggiungimento del target per i canali di vendita relativi alla rete indiretta (IOS e FOS) nell’area geografica assegnata. Principali prerequisiti: Conseguimento della Laurea, preferibilmente ad indirizzo Economico (Economia e Commercio, Economia Aziendale, Relazioni Pubbliche); 5/7 anni di esperienza nel ruolo; Grandi Capacità di Leadership e Team Building: capacità di ispirare, motivare e guidare un team; Capacità decisionali e di analisi dei dati di vendita; Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese. The candidate will report to the Procurement & Supply Chain Director and actively participate in defining the Supply Chain group's strategy, ensuring constant support to all the company's functions. It’s a strategic role with occasionally mixed with operative activity.
