Mainresponsibilities:
Managing all finance processes of the division in full alignment with group policies and supporting Business financial decisions by developing and monitoring policies and procedures.

Managing with BU Controllers the preparation of financial reporting on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis and related financial analysis and KPI’s needed to manage the business
Supporting the review and analysis of annual budgets and strategic plans as well as monthly forecasts in coordination with Financial Planning Manager
Maximizing returns on excess cash balances and improving closing and reporting cycles
Coordinating and recording investments.
Overseeing financial and accounting staff and analyzing profit center performance metrics.
Mainrequirements and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
A Master's degree with a focus on corporate financial management is preferred.
At least 10 years' experience as a BU / Corporate Controller or similar
Advanced competency in financial management and ERP / accounting software, such SAP and reporting tools such as Hyperion or BOPC
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and industry regulations.
Extensive experience in Controlling (within a project accounting background), auditing, and performance management.
Superb organizational and time management abilities.

L’Hardware Engineer si occupa di assicurare il corretto sviluppo del design dell’elettronica nei sistemi meccatronici, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi per i progetti in cui è coinvolto/a.
RESPONSABILITIES
Garantire la definizione delle specifiche hardware dei sistemi meccatronici in accordo all’analisi delle specifiche cliente.
Assicurare lo sviluppo, e la pianificazione di test di accettazione, controllo e validazione per i sistemi meccatronici inclusi tutti i sistemi provenienti da fornitori esterni.
Garantire, in accordo con il proprio Responsabile, la definizione del tipo di strumentazione elettronica necessaria allo sviluppo e al testing dei sistemi meccatronici.
Selezionare componenti per cablaggi automotive, fare il design di sistemi di connessione, seguire la prototipazione ed il debug.
Selezionare componenti e elaborare soluzioni tecniche finalizzate al design di circuiti elettronici, di potenza e di segnale.
Gestire in autonomia il laboratorio di lavorazione hardware per interventi di riparazione o modifica delle centraline.
Assicurare la ricerca di soluzioni a eventuali anomalie, per la parte elettronica, sui prototipi prodotti internamente a fronte di segnalazioni provenienti dai Clienti.
REQUIREMENTS
