Per azienda, parte di un gruppo multinazionale, settore metalmeccanico, ricerchiamo un/una: HSE SPECIALIST / ASPP che si unisca al loro team per supportare e sviluppare ulteriormente le loro iniziative in ambito di salute, sicurezza e ambiente (HSE). PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ E RESPONSABILITÀ: Monitorare e garantire la conformità alle normative locali e internazionali in ambito HSE. Collaborare alla definizione e implementazione di politiche aziendali volte alla riduzione dell’impatto ambientale. Eseguire valutazioni dei rischi ambientali e implementare misure preventive e correttive. Redigere e mantenere la documentazione necessaria in ambito HSE e ambientale. Collaborare con enti esterni per garantire il rispetto degli standard ambientali. Formare e sensibilizzare il personale su temi di salute, sicurezza e sostenibilità con team HR. Redigere ed aggiornare il piano di emergenza. Gestire le comunicazioni e i report con le autorità competenti in materia di HSE. COMPETENZE: Laurea in Ingegneria Ambientale, Ingegneria della Sicurezza o affini. Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in ambito HSE. Conoscenza approfondita delle normative HSE e degli standard di sostenibilità ambientale. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (sia scritta che parlata). Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e gestire progetti complessi. Attitudine al problem solving e ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative. LOCATION: provincia di Brescia

Scope: This role is the interface between the local Plant and the BU Headquarter in Italy, being in charge of Operations, Finance and Production.
