REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire all'interno della Global Central Function Industrial Operations - Real Estate Development & Facilities che si occuperà di: - Garantire il coordinamento delle attività connesse alla realizzazione di nuovi insediamenti immobiliari e industriali assicurando la gestione dell’iter burocratico - Supportare i Servizi Tecnici Generali nelle attività immobiliari e di straordinaria manutenzione immobiliare - Garantire l’elaborazione del budget del progetto assicurando il rispetto dei tempi e dei costi preventivati; - Garantire il coordinamento delle attività connesse alla realizzazione di nuovi insediamenti immobiliari e industriali, dalla definizione della missione di progetto alla consegna chiavi in mano agli utenti direttamente responsabili della gestione dell’insediamento o impianto;  - Assicurare la gestione dell’iter burocratico connesso sia alle attività sopra indicate, sia a tutte le attività di manutenzione civile, fino alla consegna al Direttore del Sito; - Garantire la definizione degli appalti a imprese esterne; - Garantire il presidio ed è responsabile del deployment degli eventuali progetti speciali di sito, attivando autonomamente, dove necessario, consulenti preposti alla certificazione e studio degli impianti; - Assicurare il coordinamento delle imprese appaltatrici fornitrici dei servizi di manutenzione, garantendo il controllo operativo dell’attività svolta.
