Per un’importante realtà internazionale di scuole private ricerchiamo un/a: DIRIGENTE SCOLASTICO Sarà responsabile dell’organizzazione e coordinamento di tutta l'attività dell’Istituto, dal punto di vista didattico ed il/la rappresentante in tutte le sedi istituzionali relative al mondo dell’istruzione. Principali aree di responsabilità: Coordinamento del lavoro del personale docente e del personale non docente (collaboratori tecnico-ammministrativi), al fine di creare le condizioni per il successo formativo degli allievi; Presidio del Collegio Docenti, dei Consigli di Classe e dei percorsi di valutazione del lavoro della scuola;  Partecipazione ai Consigli di Istituto e collaborazione con l'Ufficio scolastico territoriale (ex Provveditorato agli Studi), per le nomine dei docenti, le ispezioni, i provvedimenti disciplinari e l'adeguamento alle normative vigenti; Responsabile della sicurezza (ai sensi della Legge sulla sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro); Definizione dell'offerta formativa, dell'individuazione delle attività educative e della strategia complessiva dell'Istituto. Rappresentante dell'Istituto nell'interfaccia con gli enti locali (Ufficio scolastico territoriale, Comune, Provincia, Regione, ASL) e con le realtà economiche e sociali del territorio (imprese, associazioni culturali e sportive etc); Responsabile della comunicazione con docenti, alunni, personale non docente e famiglie e del rispetto delle normative all'interno della scuola; Ricezione dei genitori in caso di bisogno o richiesta, firma tutte le circolari e coordinamento delle attività della scuola; Approfondimento e strutturazione dei temi dell'inclusione, della sicurezza e della formazione; Stesura delle circolari; Gestione delle relazioni con le famiglie, gli studenti e con il personale docente e non docente, facilitare la collaborazione della scuola con Comitati di genitori e Rappresentanze studentesche; Presiedere le riunioni dei Consigli di Classe, dei Collegi Docenti e le Conferenze dei Servizi, partecipazione ai Consigli di Istituto; Sostenere gli incontri con assistenti sociali, medici, psichiatri, per i casi di disabilità o per casi di maltrattamento; Relazionarsi con i rappresentanti degli enti locali (per la gestione degli edifici, le politiche scolastiche, le iniziative culturali, sportive, formative etc.). Principali prerequisiti: Esperienza scolastica pregressa in ruolo analogo o similare; possesso del diploma di laurea magistrale, specialistica ovvero di laurea conseguita in base al previgente ordinamento, oppure di diploma accademico di secondo livello rilasciato dalle istituzioni dell’alta formazione artistica, musicale e coreutica ovvero di diploma accademico di vecchio ordinamento congiunto con diploma di istituto secondario superiore; Madrelingua italiano e inglese professionale; Aver reso, nelle istituzioni scolastiche ed educative del sistema nazionale di istruzione, un servizio di almeno cinque anni; Comunicazione chiara ed efficace; Buone doti organizzative, di ascolto attivo e problem solving; Approccio interculturale ed inclusivo. Si occuperà di: - Assicurare il rispetto dei requisiti di qualità e delle tempistiche di produzione   - Effettuare controlli a campione presso i fornitori, lavoranti e terzisti esterni al fine di verificare il rispetto dei requisiti di qualità e lo stato di avanzamento lavori   - Collaborare all’aggiornamento delle specifiche di qualità   - Rilevare eventuali anomalie relative al processo di produzione dei fornitori/lavoranti/terzisti ed attivare le funzioni competenti (es. Indus o Produzione) per la ricerca di soluzioni correttive   - Dare recap nei post ispezione, per verificare la congruenza e la rispondenza del prodotto agli standard qualitativi previsti dalle specifiche di progettazione   - Partecipare all’implementazione di procedure di miglioramento nel flusso produttivo, attraverso il monitoraggio continuo dei processi e nella valutazione del risultato nei prodotti finiti   - Partecipare alle riunioni di presentazione ed analisi campionario per offrire supporto nei processi di industrializzazione   - Verificare la corrispondenza delle caratteristiche del prodotto a quelle del paio conformità in supporto al Coordinatore PF   - Controllare l’idoneità dei semilavorati in funzione del loro utilizzo finale ed alle caratteristiche richieste dal cliente   Caratteristiche richieste: - Esperienza pluriennale in posizioni analoghe maturata nel settore calzaturiero   - Conoscenza delle tecniche di costruzione e lavorazione delle calzature /donna ed i relativi componenti.   - Affiancare la coordinatrice qualità nelle validazioni e nelle prese di decisione   - Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale   - Buona padronanza di utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office, Internet e posta elettronica   - Persona proattiva e flessibile, orientata al Problem Solving   Sede: provincia Milano, con disponibilità a trasferte sul terriotrio
