For a multinational company operating in automotive sector, we are looking for a

REGIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

The candidate will have to lead business development, key account management and customer relationship management for the Italy Region; he/she will develop business opportunities, lead business generation activities and take steps to maintain agreed share of business with customers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Sales planning and review
  • New business acquisition
  • RFQ and program management
  • Share of Business management
  • Customer escalation and relationship management
  • Team development
  • Responsible for overall sales in Italy Region
  • Develop and execute local market strategy with expansion of customer base
  • Responsible for creating acquisition strategy for key customers in Italy focusing on entering supplier panel for cross-carline electronics RFQs and winning business
  • Interfaces with key customer(s), developing and maintaining positive working relationships and successfully negotiating and closing deals in the company’s best interests

Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree
  • MBA in Sales / Marketing would be preferential
  • +10 years of experience with deep expertise in Sales / BD / KAM
  • Strong exposure of working with a Tier 1 Auto Company and engaging with OEM's for Sales / BD in the Two Wheeler segments
  • Strong exposure in Electrical / Electronic components
  • Written and verbal proficiency of English language is mandatory
