TEMPORARY PLANT DIRECTOR
La posizione prevede la completa responsabilità del P&L del plant e di tutte le problematiche che riguardano l’area delle Operations e la guida delle risorse interne per favorire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produzione e di business.
Principali attività:
• Gestione della produzione, in conformità con le esigenze qualitative dei clienti e nel rispetto delle tempistiche assegnate
• Promozione del lavoro di gruppo e creazione di una cultura di miglioramento continuo e responsabilizzazione delle risorse
• Gestione del P&L dello stabilimento
• Responsabilità della pianificazione della produzione secondo il budget definito
• Sviluppo delle competenze professionali del team di lavoro e monitoraggio delle prestazioni per garantire che gli obiettivi di stabilimento ed individuali siano raggiunti entro tempistiche e budget prestabiliti
• Mantenimento di un luogo di lavoro sicuro e conforme alla legge ed a tutte le politiche e procedure aziendali
• Gestione e coordinamento quotidiano di tutte le operazioni dell'impianto, inclusa la produzione, la qualità, la manutenzione e la pianificazione della produzione.
• Implementazione del miglioramento continuo (World Class Manufacturing) e sviluppo di modalità di lavoro e processi per aumentare la produttività, garantire qualità e sicurezza e mitigare i problemi di produzione
• Interfaccia con i principali clienti
Caratteristiche personali e competenze tecniche:
• Esperienza consolidata di almeno 15/20 anni, nella gestione di siti produttivi, necessariamente maturata presso gruppi industriali appartenenti al settore automobilistico
. Laurea in Ingegneria o equivalente
• Conoscenza approfondita delle metodologie di Lean Manufacturing e, preferibilmente, dei processi di stampaggio e lavorazioni meccaniche
• Forte attitudine al problem solving
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese
