Per azienda, parte di un gruppo leader nella produzione di oli rigenerati, solventi e nella gestione e valorizzazione dei rifiuti industriali, stiamo cercando un/una:   PLANT CONTROLLER & REPORTING SPECIALIST   Attività principali e responsabilità: Implementazione della contabilità industriale e i relativi KPI per il gruppo; Gestione ed aggiornamento di un sistema di controllo e reporting della produzione; Rilevazione analitica dei costi e dei ricavi per centro di costo, commessa e voce di spesa ai fini del reporting verso la Capogruppo; Essere il focal point in azienda per la gestione delle tematiche amministrative; Predisposizione del reporting necessario alla valutazione dell’andamento del costo del lavoro mensile; Valutazione ed analisi delle scorte, monitorando gli indicatori di rotazione e la gestione delle scorte; Gestione del processo di budgeting e forecasting nell'area produttiva assegnata; Analisi della Marginalità industriale, produttività, consumi di materie prime e materiali; Preparazione report mensili per la Direzione e relativo supporto nella presentazione e nelle riunioni. Requisiti richiesti per il ruolo: Formazione economico-finanziaria (Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale); 5 + anni di esperienza in ambito controlling industriale/commessa; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Conoscenza delle tecniche di contabilità analitica; Utilizzo avanzato di database ed Excel per strutturare il reporting (Power BI); Conoscenza dei diversi ambienti di JD Edwards (contabilità gestionale) e dei sistemi di consolidamento dati aziendale; Utilizzo avanzato del Sistema di Reporting; Capacità relazionali e gestione del conflitto; Orientamento al risultato; Flessibilità e proattività.   Sede di lavoro: Cisterna di Latina (LT)

For a multinational company operating in packaging sector, we are looking for a PRODUCTION MANAGER (with a professional path to the role of OPERATIONS MANAGER) Identify and implement productivity improvement projects to improve the profitability of the operation. Participate in the development of new projects to be launched in the plant, and lead project implementation, as requested. Be a change agent leader; drive the cultural transformation necessary to achieve world class performance by the organization. Main activities and responsibilities: Ensure all quality SOPs are followed and maintained. Schedule production for molding and assembly based on customer expected ship dates achieving perfect quality and ensure Hourly/Daily/Weekly/Monthly production reporting is accurate,. Immediately resolve off-schedule situations, variances to performance, lost time and production costs that are off-standard. Ensure process bottlenecks are known, perform gap analysis and drive continuous improvement plans to eliminate/reduce bottlenecks. Identifies and implements opportunities for improvement to KPIs – labor, machine rates versus target, scrap, etc. Work with maintenance to ensure machine uptime, including coordination of PM schedules with production schedules. Establish 5S / 6S program and ensure housekeeping procedures are followed. Implement waste elimination practices. Active participation with Engineering Dept. in system for mold repair - what is required to be done by when and when is the tool required back in production. With material handling team, develop and implement production planning & control techniques to improve responsiveness and flexibility. Conduct layered audits on a regular basis to confirm operator conformance to work/operator instructions coordinated with the quality team. Ensure adherence to a formal, structured and controlled process for process changes and engineering changes. Ensure bar coding of material and components is used throughout the manufacturing process to eliminate non value added effort and speed delivery of material/information – proper training, ensure accuracy and timely data entry. Manage the leads and operators. Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement to management. Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization and in particular, your area of responsibility. Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented. Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs. Support all EHS activities and strictly adhere to all work instructions and safety procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing or business. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership positions. Technical background in injection molding and/or high speed assembly. ISO 9001. Quality Audits. Experience with developing and implementing successful solutions for complex manufacturing and supply chain problems. Project management. Proven people management skills and ability to develop a team. Good English verbal and written communication skills. Lean or Six Sigma qualification preferred. Location: near Vicenza.

Per un’importante realtà nostra cliente ricerchiamo un/a:  CUSTOMER CARE LOYALTY & CRM MANAGER Sarà responsabile della definizione delle azioni di retention e dei programmi Loyalty in linea con le strategie marketing e di vendita tramite analisi della customer experience nei punti vendita e KPIs Principali aree di responsabilità: Progettare, aggiornare e mantenere programmi loyalty in collaborazione con agenzie esterne, assicurandone la corretta applicazione all’interno dei punti vendita; Gestire le agenzie creative esterne che collaborano con l’Ufficio per la definizione di strategie e la realizzazione di contenuti dei programmi; Garantire analisi strategiche in merito all’attuale clientela servita e al target prefissato, al fine di definire azioni di fidelizzazione, anche basate su competitor e sulle best practice/trend di mercato; Analizzare metriche di performance dell’attuale panel di prodotti (Market e Somministrazione), con l’obiettivo di definire iniziative di retention e programmi fedeltà quali azioni promozionali e di scontistica, gadget omaggio, punti fedeltà, ecc.; Monitorare le performance della campagna di loyalty presso i punti vendita attraverso l’analisi costante di KPIs, sondaggi e indagini verso la clientela e, ove necessario, progettare ed attuare azioni correttive;  Garantire il corretto indirizzamento e monitoraggio dei reclami e i quesiti provenienti dalla clientela e dagli Store Manager sui diversi canali in ottica di potenziare la customer retention e migliorare il servizio e i prodotti erogati; Allineare periodicamente il Chief Customer Officer in merito alla performance delle campagne con reportistica e, ove necessario, effettuare azioni di escalation per la gestione di reclami ricorrenti e/o significativi.
