A Master's degree is a plus.  5-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the power equipment manufacturing industry. Proven experience in designing and developing manufacturing processes and systems. Hands-on experience with fabrication and CNC processes. Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to train and mentor team members. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
